Some people are just natural walking disasters. Pretty much one a week I tell my wife "You know how I have a bad habit of turning on these wrong burner on the stove?" Last week I said it twice in one night. The burns on my fingers have finally healed up.

I love to cook, but have a bad habit of occasionally burning myself. Also, I've been known to forget to shut off the oven.

Now THAT is probably bad product design...
Which knob = which burner SHOULD be intuitive.

I actually pretty much only charge when I'm sitting right by the charger.
It's not like I'm gonna not have a battery ready - I have about a 3:1 battery:mod ration - and they're all good ones (LG, Samsung, Sony).

I charge my batteries at night. On top of a metal filing cabinet.
I just like living on the edge.

Heck I even use a Trustfire charger.

I recently set a woman up with a dripper because she "had" to have one. I built it for her showing her the what I was doing the whole time. Made her wick it a couple of times in front of me. Since I knew she would not be up for rolling her own, I told her to call me if she had any problems or needed a new coil (she lives one block away). She calls me a few days later saying she destroyed her coil by trying to pull to thick a piece of cotton through and she did not want to bother me. Instead she stripped a bread tie and rolled a coil out of that. She said it still wasn't working right!

A BREAD TIE !!!!!!

Shall we now ban the candles........cupcakes.....long hair.....birthday celebrations...safety first........ideas---ahahahahahahahahahahahah

My mom spilled a pot of coffee on me when I was 2 years old...an accident when I came up behind her and she didn't see me...should we ban mom's or just the coffee.

I know right? 3 years ago when I started it simply was about trying to quit cigs and find a decent device. The last year and a half have been like navigating an Escher painting of insanity.
I saw your cousin on Facebook

So your saying you wasted an entire pot of coffee??

Oh and as to the comments about the battery would have just shut down and not fired... Dont know what to tell you. I never hit the button. as soon as I heard paperclip I couldnt get the batteries and coils out of it quick enough for my peace of mind. He said they got hot, but I never saw it fired.

Went to my normal vape shop last night to get a couple batteries. While I was there hanging out and trying a bunch of flavors some kid came in with his mod and started complaining how it was junk and never worked right since about three days after he bought it. the two people behind the counter were busy with other customers and had quite a few others waiting so I offered to look at it for him.

Kid didn't seem to want to, wasn't sure if I would know what I was doing, but the shop owner assured him that I would be able to help him. he had a generic series box mod with a trustfire and a MXJO battery in it. wiring looked scorched as ..... He said it wasnt working right, to hot, batteries were getting hot with every use, tasted like crap.... So I started poking around. Coil loked to be about 3mm and wrapped in som HEAVY ... wire. I asked him what gauge it was. He said he wasnt sure, but it was the smallest paperclip he could find. Wait, wut? Paperclip?? Yea, he didnt want to "Pay a store some ungodly price for normal wire with a special name" so he had wrapped a set of dual coils from a paperclip... I asked him what the resistance was. He actually told me that resistance was futile. I almost walked away from him at that point, but I knew if I did soon he would become a statistic.

So I told him I was going to redo a few things in his mod and build him a new coil, but he needed to buy new batteries. right then. tonight. Before I give him back his mod. Took him over to the "Building Desk" where I had my soldering iron already set up as I was fixing a few other boxes for the shop and proceeded to rip most of the wiring out of his box. The look on his face was freaking priceless when I started doing that... Put new wiring and a real Fet in it, then built a set of coils, dual parallel 26G kanthal that were at .35 and wicked it for him. Dropped a couple of my spare 25r's in it and handed it back to him. Took him over to the juice bar and let him pick a juice to try.

Not sure what juice he tried first, but he said he couldn't believe how much better it tasted and The batteries dont get hot!! Kid was stoked. suddenly he had a million questions, from what the hell did I do to it to make it work good, to how can he build the same type of coils... About this time the store owner was done with all the customers in the store and came over to talk to the kid. Ended up selling him batteries, Ohm meter, juice and wire. They store kept the coils from paperclips. guess they had never seen that one.

It just never ceases to amaze me at what some people do in the name of ignorance...
Lmao! You saved that kid from a well earned Darwin Award. For now
