I've ordered 370ml 100mg in the last 2 weeks. decided to go DIY all the way and it may take a lot of practice - lol
Their nic is very clear on arrival and I noticed no oder.
Mixes nicely so far - to bad I don't:(
Fruits are simple, coffee's no so much.
Mixing down to 12mg with hopes/expectations to drop to 6mg in the next few months.
Will maintain 12mg in 50/50 blend until recipes are worked out then start on modifications.

Wizard Labs is a bit tight on inventory so some things seem almost always out of stock(popularity?) Their shipping is Fantastic!!

Probably been covered back in the thread somewhere, but how long has anyone had the pg based nic stored, and its stayed clear?

I think salemgold posted somewhere about it being years that she froze and opened nic and it was fine. Many people have opened bottles at a year. I think there is some disagreement about which PG or VG has a better long term storage life but I think Kurt said something to the effect that it wasn't a dramatic difference and that PG could have a slight upper hand---not sure though as this has been debated before and its hard to remember all the specific threads.

What exactly is ice??

The name John came up with for their as yet unreleased line of nic that is extra refined to reduce trace minor alkaloids like myosamine. The nic listed on the site presently (referred to as WL reg) is the standard nic you will receive without specifying Ice in the order comments. Last I knew, they were still reviewing the Ice supply for consistency, and were expected to list it as an option on their site. I don't know where any of that stands presently (or if Ice is even available right now), but there's another thread that may have an update on this (I'd have to find it - if I do, I'll link over to it).

I for one have been holding out on buying any nic from WL right now. Since I have been using Ice for many many months now I dont want anything else. Not that there is anything wrong with their standard nic, I just dont want it. Id buy it in a pinch but only if I absolutely have to.

I was just about to place a 1000ml order for ice, had the money finally saved and then POOF all gone. Im waiting on WL to get things back in place.

Theres alot of stuff out of stock on their site. even some of the labware I wanted is gone.

Hoarders unite! Ice is all I use since first getting it 9 months ago. I stocked up on 5-6 years worth 2 months ago, all stored in amber bottles wrapped in brown paper in my freezer .. ready for the apocalypse.

That is just plain foolish... shelf life of frozen nic is 2 years, at best. It's not a wonder that there is a shortage.

Hrm.. might have to try and get some of this Ice on a future order... (if their website ever comes back from maintenence that is:oops:) Seems to still be down for me (been about three days here), and I'd really like to order from them and not someone else. So far though, I've been extra happy with WL for anything I could want for DIY, love their nic, and can't beat the prices!

I don't know about that. For one, suppliers have been restocking just fine - yes there was a temporary shortage, but who wants to be without nic if they can help it? Besides, two months ago was well in advance of the worst of all this - someone was smart IMO.

I know I've come across posts where nic thawed from the freezer after years was as good or very nearly as good as day 1 - if not "better" in some cases. This stuff is like aged wine to some people. IMO, chemical companies can only "guarantee" the included ingredients for pharmacological purposes for the period they've decided to call it's shelf life. I don't think whatever deterioration may occur is at any level any of us can detect, and I'd be hard pressed to believe it's deteriorating into something dangerous. We already know that microbial growth in our solutions is practically impossible also, right?

I could certainly be wrong - I'm no chemist, but that's my take on it. What is your reason for believing that it can't be true? It sounds you are pretty convinced by something.

Yes, I have talked to the owner of My Freedom Smokes (a supplier of nic for sometime now) and inquired as to the shelf life of frozen nic - he told me it was 1 year to 18 months and that it could go to 2 years, but that he would personally not trust that.

Perhaps, it is true that nic supplies have been restocking, yet WL is still out of stock on certain sizes everytime I go to their website...

Personally, I am just trying to get enough to make juice as I need it. I don't know if people are paranoid or if it is just a case of OCD. I think that if there was a real apocolypse, one in which food and water was scarce, I know which people I wouldn't trust.

In my case I wanted to be sure to get the ICE while WL still had it. John had said it would be depleted soon and, since I only vape 3mg nic, all I needed was one 500ml bottle of the 100mg ICE and that would hold me for at least 5-6 years.

Having previously tried nearly every other nic vendor prior to trying the ICE there is no comparison IMHO. A $60 investment to be sure I had a long standing supply of the ICE was a sure bet for me .. so glad I did it.
