I give the bottle a little pressure almost every pull. I haven’t used screen style mesh but I’ve used the mesh from VV spools. I know some have used screen style but I don’t remember their names.
I'll just add that I have tried both the Vandy Vape SS316L Roll Mesh and some 400X400 SS mesh sheet material I have left over from my NoName NoGain Mesh Wick atty days in the WPM's. But I prefer to use them in the larger mesh RDA's I have... the DMP's and VVM's. I've posted about how I use my mesh RDA's (and their puff counts) on the mesh RDA threads here... the search engine should find them.
MFS restocked on the black and SS ones at the $16 sale price but now it looks only SS is still in stock so I ordered a SS one. Looking forward to finally trying this RDA with all of the good things I've been hearing about it!

Rockin my new to me Reo P67 that showed up yesterday,and of course i had to top it with a profile haha.
Browsing around on Trinity Glass's website and seen they had glass caps for the Profile, so I got a couple to try out

Oh yeah that's what I meant. I got Vandy Vape KA1 (from a spool) in one of mine right now. I accidentally dented a ofrf strip taking the cap off so figured I'd give it a try. I've been using bacon v2 in mine usually. I just used a pad with this one. I forgot to cut the wicks at a 45° angle but it's working pretty good.
Looks good, you ever try rayon? I love the stuff, performance seems better then cotton. No off break-in flavor and it’s supposed to wick better and be more heat resistance. Does seem to hold up better and last longer then cotton to me. It doesn’t expand like cotton does when wet. There’s a whole long thread about rayon in the wicking section if you’re interested in learning more. Oh and it’s way way cheaper then the fancy “vaping” cottons. Box of 40’ was like $6 if I remember correctly which is nice since the Profile takes a ton of wick.
I really should order some today. I forgot how sucky cotton is in these. I mean, it works but it's not optimal. I've been meaning to get some rayon for a long time. People seem to really like the way it perfoms. That's it, I've made up my mind. I'm getting some. Thanks for reminding me.
If you've never used rayon before,just remember it gets wicked a little different from cotton.You want the rayon to be pretty tight in the coil,because it will shrink a small bit when juiced up.To give you an idea to work from,i pull a piece off the rayon rope,then pull another piece,and split that 1 in half,so i use 1 and a 1/2 pieces from the rope in my profiles,and that seems to be perfect for me.

That’s exactly what I do, 1 and a half pieces of the rope. Great minds think alike, good points on using the rayon. There is a thread that has a ton of information on rayon but it’s so long it may be hard to find specific info so if you have any questions @Twins Win feel free to message me.

I am not a fan of RTA's or preorders, however.... I have sent an email to them for more information.
So I may pull the trigger on two of these to try out (depending on the answers in their reply). With the 5ml glass installed they might be the ticket on a couple of TC Mods that I am not using otherwise.
Looks like a decent rta, has some serious potential. If it was a year earlier I probably would have bought one. Since switching to rda’s and squonking and can go back to the rta world and the (too much wicking I’m getting dry hits or not enough wicking it’s leaking) fiddling to get it right. Rda’s are much easier and with mesh it takes it to the next level. Easier to build and flavor so good it would raise the dead.
Just installed a 200 mesh SS316L in it and am playing with TC on the Topside. Not getting as good a vape as with the KA1 mesh on wattage. Think I need to play with it in TCR and adjust it a bit.
I tried the 200 mesh in tc with my Desire Rage squonker and had a similar experience. I fiddled with the TCR and temp for awhile but never got it to work as well as the wattage. Different chip then your Topside so maybe you’ll have more luck then I did. Performance in wattage mode is excellent so not a big deal but I was just curious to try TC. I’m wondering if people using a Yihi or DNA chipped mod have better luck with mesh rda’s because from what I can remember I’ve haven’t heard of anyone loving mesh with temperature control mode. I think that’s due to the vast difference in surface area between mesh and standard wire coils.
