Thanks. See they have 24mm , just what I need.

Thanks to all who commented on flavor storage.
I have about 5ml RY4 in the freezer, brown glass.
I will give it until next week and see how it does.
Just be sure to let it get back to room temp before opening it.

I smoked Pall Mall menthol too. But, a year or so before I switched, I had to buy non-menthol because I couldn't find any cheap menthols at the time. It was horrible. But, I got used to it by the time I finished smoking them.
I know the feeling. I started out smoking menthols, and for the first 15-20 years I smoked, I really hated regular, non-menthol cigs the few times I had to bum one. Then I quit for a short while; I think that was the time i tried using patches. I don't remember what caused it, but I felt the need to cheat on my quit. So I bought a pack of regular, non-menthol cigs, thinking I wouldn't smoke many of them, because after all, I hated non-menthol cigs. Well, it didn't take long for me to get used to them and back to smoking just as many of them as before. I then lost my liking of menthols. A few years later, I bummed a menthol from someone, and was like, "Yuk, did I really smoke these things in the past?"

You know what regulation has brought us? Food at the grocery store with no nutritional value at all. All it has done is to kept the good and healthy stuff from getting to the market. Not that the small farmers are doing anything wrong, but the USDA imposes so many rules and regulation they just can't afford to comply. Exactly what the big companies want to happen. As they have regulation in their pocket and that is the way they want to keep it.

Actually, I think some of it makes it to market under the guise of "health food" sold in the really expensive stores that most of us cannot afford. If there is a market, it will be there and it seems there is. Although I am not sure sometimes of what some of the stuff is, as most of us would not eat it anyway. LOL

:)[/QUOTE]
organic food isn't that expensive if you just cut out 1 item of crap.. ie,, chips/cookies/soda,,,,,,,,,,its a trade off,, you can eat all of the organics but it wont matter if you finish it up with junk. but even if you couldn't afford organics,, eating healthy isn't high priced either,, i had a salad and meat every day last week and my grocery bill for just me was $30 (i ate well,, I could have spent much less),,,,,,,,americans 'think' they will starve,, but the data says we are all carrying way too much weight around and paying for it in terms of healthcare/meds. my simple rule of thumb,, for every pound overweight,, is = 3 days of food

We're preparing for another juice fast. Our issue is WF is 30+ miles away.
Masticating (!) juicers are 100x better than centrifugal. Slowly ground juice can be stored in mason jars in the fridge for 24 hours with only minimal nutrition loss. Centrifugally spun juice is aerated and must be consumed immediately.
(I should have moved that sugar out of this shot from 5 years ago, hindsight etc...)

I am 53,, in very good health,,,,,,for the last year I have been seriously researching how to avoid doctors & watching really OLD people who are still doing well,,,,,,,,99% of them are very slim not starving,,many consumed not the healthiest of diets,,many did,,,,but nearly all refused to be a labrat for a doctor ....so to repair sins of my past I have been making serious changes in my life to prepare for when I get older,,, I used to assume I would easily make it to 80,, but i have since changed that to 102-103,,,,,,I have 2 granddaughters i plan to watch grow up

since i have NO faith in the medical industry AND no faith in the truthfullness of the FDA. I watch as my organic farmer parents have become modern day drug addicts on the advice of their new dr's.. 1 nearly killed my dad with 3 scripts for high bp,,,,,,he,, like me,, has always had very low bp,,,,,,,,,,so when he was spending a lot of time in ambulances and hospitals I asked him if he was on meds,,,,,,me mentioned the 3 high bp,,,,,,,,,,i told him,,,,,,'holy crap pops,, you and i both,, and mom have LOW bp!!!! you have a quack of a doctor,, go find your old dr.......he did a few weeks later,, the old dr had all of his records ,,,,,,,,,he was indeed a lifetimer of the low bp club and took him off the 3 meds,,,,,,,,suddenly dad was back to normal. ,, he recently decided to take (another new 'dr' from the medicare plan 'check up') a dr's advice to have some procedure to 'zap' his heart nerves,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,the doctor didn't bother talking to him about changing his diet to include fish and avocados,,,,,,,,no profit in that! granted,, i did try to talk him out of it and to include the fish and avocados,, but he says he hates them...........(he eats all of my seafood pattee' when i tell him its wild goose).........the end result,, according to the cdc,,,,,50-70% chance he will be dead in couple of years as he wont feel the big heart attack when it happens.

the medical industry has become the new drug dealers & procedures for profit,, they aren't curing anyone,, nope,, they are 'managing their health right into the grave for profit' (i recently watched a video with a doctor when he was asked when the medical community will change their ways,,,,,,,,,,he said 'after all of this generations of doctors die'

anyway,, my parents health took a sideways turn when they turned 65 and started collecting SS,,,,with that came medicare,, which was 'get signed up with a bunch of new doctors',,,,,,who just run you around to get on more drugs.

doctors push drugs and procedures not nutrition ,,,,,,,,,nutrition is patient controlled,, cheap..........few people ask for the doctors success rate,,,,,we need to change that

Vaping Greek does a Pod Vlog live every so often
Here's his PodMart playlist - Welcome To PodMart - YouTube

Here's the PodMart intro video from late March

He does The Smoker's Show live with Pheel at 9PM EST every other Tuesday on PBusardo's channel. It's geared towards helping smokers quit or switch, hence the name. They're both very helpful & approachable and try to answer everyone's questions. Ask them on social media and they'll help any way they can.
Smoker's Show was last week so Dimi will be live for the Smoke Free Radio show on his own channel at 8PM EST tomorrow.

My bad. The Smoker's Show is tonight at 9PM EST on Pheel's channel

Open it at YouTube so you can join/read chat

Boy did you hit the nail on the head.......these doc don't do anything except take their share and pass the buck onto the next dr. I would still be sick if I hadn't had enough and researched it myself. Then went to my pp and told her what I wanted in terms of treating it. She has known me long enough and well enough to know I was serious and gave me what I asked for. It worked and I am my old self again. Almost. lol......

I do not plan to spend my 'golden' years talking and worrying about my health or any symptoms I may think I have. That's for old people.

i have been back to intermittent fasting for a few months,, in august i went basically to no carbs except the good veggies,, (i dont even bother counting them) and a serving of meat most days,, I have blown past my target weight and am aiming for another 10% loss,, and I should hit that new lower target in a couple of weeks. meantime every week I still 'go out to eat',, but i avoid most of the man made carbs 99% of the time,,,,,,,ie,, there is a 'skillet' selection of meals at Denny's that i can eat,, the Mexican place around the corner will see me in a couple of hours for taco's,,,,,,, the tortillas will be my 'sin' and i will make up for it in the next few days with 'extremeR healthy eating'

All of that seemed to work for me......before...now have to figure out what I have to do to at least maintain. It seems now I look at food and gain weight......no not sea food....lol
And I can only eat rabbit food a couple times a week or else I get really hungry and feel weak....see the problem......I know more protein......ugh it never ends.

try the intermittent fasting,,for me i eat once a day,, i did that for 8 years back in my prime because i was too busy ,, if you can lock yourself down to a short window of time of when to eat,, ie,, 4 hours or 6 hours (i am once every 24 hours +/-),,,,,,your insulin activity drops,, and your body starts grabbing your fat to live on.. (go to youtube and watch ANYthing with Jason Fung)

he is NOT calories IN = calories OUt,,,,,,,,,, he is about keeping your feeding window short,, the shorter the window the more 'sin' you can have...ie,, i am pretty strict about my sin,, ie,,,,,,,,no sin during the week,, but i am sinning tonight :)............i will sample food this holiday season but not pig out,, and i will totally fast for a couple days at least to dump that sin.

there is quite a bit out there on intermittent fasting,, I did it for 8 years with left me with a very toned body (yes like all girls i thought i was fat,,, i would kill for my old body back lol) anyway,, once you go down the jason fung rabbit hole,, you may find your diet has suddenly gotten easier :)

next generations of dr will be talking more about carbs in =carbs STORED as fat. most of the foods down the isles are NOT good for you,,,,stay on the outside walls of the grocery store to get the real foods,,,the veggies and meats

it means your not getting enough fats,,,,,fatty meats,, or olive oil,,, or avocado,,,,,aim for omega 3 fats when possible.....fats KILL your appetite!!!!!!!!!! awesome tool,,,,,,,,,,

secret trick i have,, I buy a package of extra thick bacon,,,,well spiced,,,,,,,,,yes,, usually the most expensive one,,,i fry/bake the whole thing and keep it for putting on my salad or as a snack,,,,,avocado/guac cups have become my new 'cheese or mayo' spread........(i am trying to avoid dairy and gluten as well)

i lost 25 pounds in the last 2 months,, i lost more than i originally planned,, I decided to lose another 10% (and likely more) because as i age i am not keeping with the level of exercise i had in my prime............right now i do some very mild exercising in the house,, i need to put a little more effort into it...but i do walk 3 miles a day 2 or 3 times a day......this exercise/walking is not about the weight,, this is to calm adrenal gland in prep for the building of muscle programs i want to do soon,,,,,,,,,,,i plan to do a program to build muscle back up (will likely gain some of the weight back) and i want to take a few self defense courses as well. my ultimate goal is to be 10% lighter than prime,, and fit as hell,,

by sticking to the no/lo carb plan,, your body rewards your weightloss with lack of saggy skin,,,,,,,,,nice! with extreme weight loss,,sure your skin may get a tad loose,, but your body will eat that protein if you make it,,,,,,,dont feed your body carbs.

major edit,, my husband has reminded me my brain farts!,, I lost the weight fast just going into the summer,,then decided to go lower,, hit a plateau,, but was still on/at target weight,,,, he reminded me with events that i wanted lower weight. (also likely reason for the plateaus,, vacations/family reunion/summer party)...........good grief! :) anyway,, a semi keto, no sugar/no carbs (dont count veggies) and no fruit,,, and for other reasons i dropped gluten and dairy.........so your basic veggies and fish/meat diet once a day,,, in hindsight,, i think being mindful of a normal portion size and ONLY once a day is the key to steady weight loss,, and the more you can keep your sugars/carbs down. i dont drink reg soda,,, a diet mountain dew every now and then.

Actually it for me is a drop in sugar and a hyperglycemia episode. Not fun at all. I was told to eat 3 -4 small meals a day. Can't do that, its way too much food for me and it makes me nauseous. We should stop now because we are hogging the thread(sorry everyone)......if you want to pm?

I agree, good fats like olive oil will kill the appetite. Before my gall bladder surgery I could not eat any fat, after wow it was great! When I bake healthy goodies I use olive oil and honey, no sugar. Satisfies and fills you right up. I just made some Date Nut Raisin cucumber bread, yumm! *Note you can't taste the cucumber :) Had a bumper crop of cukes this year LOL. We grow a lot of our organic food, veggies and fruits.
