fasttech is in China. They aren't subject to U.S. law and they rarely subject themselves to international law.

have fun with that dude, but if your ordering illegal goods and they get seized, your taking the hit.

Black market goods are pricy for a reason.
They are still subject to MasterCard and Visa Regulations...

FYI: I am not trying to be a (insert the "D" word for a man's genitalia here), just giving my opinion on how I think some consumers would react and how I think it could affect a company.

haha.. no they aren't..

like I said.. have fun with that..

After Edit.

I think your better off just following the laws of your country, as I think making fraudulent claims on your credit card company is actually a crime.

fasttech sells plenty of items that have no relation to vape gear.

Again, it's your job to know your countries laws. And when your having items shipped to your PayPal address it's difficult to say it wasn't you making the purchase.

I know you'd like to order gear without taking a financial hit after deeming hits, but it's just not going to happen.
WHich is why I have too many slow boats from china with stuff on them for me NOW. I was aiming to be finished and done ordering things before it all spun out of control. Now I am going to sweat every package until it arrives at my door.

If they want to be able to accept MC/Visa, they pretty much have to do what they say. MC/Visa have merchants by the balls when it comes down to it, it's their way or the highway (there is no in-between).

Your better off following the law and not trying to purchase illegal goods.

I mean, for real - filing fraudulent claims on your credit card company is a crime in and of itself.

You'd just be piling up on breaking laws - and crying about it all the way to prison.

Might just stick with what's legal. Your well suited to it.

I have several on the boat too, mostly odds and ends, a few tanks, a few coils.

You keep on saying "You".... lol I am more than set on gear, I am talking about what some consumers may do.

EDIT: And I doubt anyone would prosecute something related to a $10 chargeback on coils, let alone someone end up in prison for it. lol

YOU are sitting here saying what YOU would do - so yes.. I'm saying YOU..

I at least have some faith in the rest of us for having far more brains than that.

FT could do what Alibabba did...no vape sales to US.

Alibaba didn't make that decision. The US did, for them...because of their human rights violations concerning their employees. Alibaba only announced it would cease selling to US customers (supposedly because of the vaping related lung issues and the youth vaping problem)...after the US had already sanctioned them and 3 other Chinese companies. Alibaba's announcement was only to save face, IMO!

I have more than once said "people", "consumers", "they", etc... If at any time I said "I", it would have been intended to be from "their" point of view. Either way, it's apparent I have done something to offend you in some way. Let's just end what I initially thought was a healthy/friendly discussion right here.

Why did they just limit it to vaping? Why not everything?

From what I read in the article about the US sanctions of the 4 companies...it was for doing business with US customers for anything/everything, not just vaping "stuff". No idea why Alibaba just made the announcement concerning vape things.

My Wotofo Serpent is out for delivery! I’m excited about it as I’ve mentioned before, I *need* to find a reason to get away from my FireLuke mesh tank, as I’m too dependent upon its replacement coils. I’m stocked for about a year in coils for the tank, but I want to save them for special occasions when I know I’ll be vaping without access to tools. (Like perhaps traveling)

This conversation about overseas shipments has been enlightening, but it won’t stop me from placing another order from FT until a law is passed and goes into effect. Even then, I was planning on pleading ignorance and making orders anyway, and letting chips fall where they may.

I’d still recommend to take advantage of this time now, placing orders for good deals, and stocking up.

I remember a recent discussion about which refill tools not to use because of/lack of metal cap. Can someone refresh my memory, please? This is the one I have:
$6.78 Coil Father Empty Dropper Bottles for E-Liquid - silicone + PC + POM / 30ml at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

I also have one of these:
$1.85 Authentic Coil Father Liquid Dispenser for Squonk Mod / Atomizer - plastic + aluminum / 30ml at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
Just re-quoting this post in hopes of getting an answer. Are either (especially the 2nd one) of these ok to use with a mech squonker?

EDIT: Actually, in one of the pics they show with the 2nd product, they are using it with a mech squonker, so I am assuming that one is ok (although they do have the battery pulled, which I would prefer to avoid as it defeats the convenience of a fill tool... could be they just did not have a battery handy for the picture), just not sure about the 1st. @rosesense
