Fortunately I had already stocked up on enough 100mg/ml nicotine to last the rest of my life before that STUPID law went into effect. e-liquid is the only thing affected but some vape stores decided to just not sell anything to folks in the this state. Seems like they didn't want to bother programming their cart to know the difference.
If you are asking if there are more vape shops here ... I don't know. I only know my super small area and the only place to buy vape stuff around here is the local smoke store. Fortunately it hasn't affected me too bad since I make my own e-liquid and I stocked up on battery holders and toppers. There are a few things I have wanted to order online and then I find out the place I want to buy from won't sell to me. Pretty frustrating but what can ya do.

Thank you. I really don't have a problem buying pretty much what ever I need online. I am just saying that there are a number of online shops that will not ship anything to Arkansas residents. The only thing not allowed is e-liquid but some online shops decided to just omit Arkansas buyers from buying anything. I could comfortably and happily vape for the rest of my life without ever purchasing another thing but occasionally buy something just because.
It is just like a slap in the face when I get ready to hit the buy button and then get the notice that I cannot purchase from them because I live in this nanny state.
It ends up being their loss because I will find a way if it is something I really want or in some cases in the past, something I needed. Fortunately for me it is usually just something that I want instead of need.
Liquid Nicotine Wholesalers is running a sale on their 100mg/mL nic Base, in the 50/50 blend, for 50% off the regular price. So 1L is $29.99 + S/H. From them in AZ to me in FL...S/H was $8.49 by USPS, for 1L and (2) 15mL of flavorings. I figured their nic base was worth a try at that price, since I'm helping several newbies to DIY with supplies, too.
Others have used LNW and have raved about them. That is a great price. I just really don't need any nic at the moment.

Yes, other people have thanked me, and I appreciate your kind thoughts, too. I just pass along info on deals from emails (if no one has posted about them yet) and/or those I happen upon accidently. It takes only a few minutes to post, and I figure it's a small way I can repay ECF members who've helped me learn so much on here all the time.

NOO! Lol, I just stared getting into Smok devices vs eLeaf, all my eLeaf stuff has died out, it had a good run, and now their are too many clones online and "fakes" IMO or just eLeaf stopped caring. So I've kept my last iPico on my desk with one of the last iJust2 Tanks that works well, but I am done spending money on Aspire Atlantis Coils and eLeaf products. I loved the iSticks, started with a Starter Pen 30Watt iJust2, 5ml tank... hey 2+ years of NO cigarettes I only have respect for eLeaf... but my local stores do not carry them, especially the store I trust, respect, and doesn't inflate their prices like some stores around here. But NOBODY is selling eLeaf mods anymore.. so I switched to Smok like 2 weeks ago.
Just the all over beefyness, weight, and feel of the 1st Smok Starter Kit (another 30watt Pen/Lightsaber how ironic).. dejavu, came with an amazing Baby Beast 5ml tank... which I immediately tossed on my new OSUB 80W Baby, I did some quick research, ordered up some extra .25 (30-50w) coil/atomizers from Smok, and haven't had to open the package yet but so far the 80w works great at 35watts, I keep it on Normal Mode, LOVE the Puff Counts, but tried Temp Mode, few other options... think I'll keep it simple, 35w has been nice... and the .25 (30-50w) coils fit in this tank nice, I just need to find ANOTHER 5ml tank... my 80w Baby came with a 3ml tank, and I ordered off eBay a 5ml Baby Tank but it looks like a damned 3ml tank, rather it is. I need to really get my game together come tanks as I can easily break them on the job (demo/construction)... thats why I love the OSub 80w Baby, it's like a tool, literally the handle button is great as we wear gloves, it's cold as hell outside and I don't want to take my gloves off to tap a little button, the pull-lever is nice, and you can tell they used some decent springs and hardware, as we work in technical repairs for garage doors, docks, etc, we see a lot of springs and such lol... yada yada.
Smok pwns eLeaf, and I love the Authenticity system, however the damned Vape Tour App keeps telling me to restart my device in regards to my 80 Baby, I would really like to Register it, as well as my future Smok products... I wasted so much money on eLeaf crap that fell apart. Smok seems to have a little more pride.
I'm not hating on eLeaf, I wish they just had kept making their iJust2 5ml tanks, and it's unfair a lot of stores stopped carrying their stuff around here, even the store that started me with the iJust2 Starter kit. That store also needs to be audited because they jack their prices up so much, but F em, I found a great store months ago that has saved me probably a few hundred on juice, as my old/original store refused to sell KeepIt100, Loaded, and a few other juice distro's that had large bottles for good prices, they enjoy charging young "wealthy" kids in our area $35-40 per bottle of 30-40ml of Cuttwood and similar juices, hey I love Cuttwood, especially Boss and Fruity Loops, 2 other amazing flavors... but no thanks, I'll stink to KeepIt100 Krunchy Squares, my new store hooked me up as I almost cleaned them out on most of their 3mg bottles, I love Loaded Cookie Butter, but the drippers and glass bottles are just asking for trouble on our job sites...
I ordered an Alien 220w off eBay, I REALLY want the QR Code to work on that one, as it says Authentic on the listing, I kinda wanna confirm that... as eLeaf turned out to 75%+ clones and junk sold online, not fair for eLeaf if you ask me, but only way I could get my hands on their tanks, iSticks, iPicos, but they are so horribly built compared to Smok....
So yeah I spent these holidays upgrading, I need to find another 5ml Smok tank, maybe a 2nd, but I think I did a good job, I'll have 3 different models, and I'll choose my "everyday" and my "backup" and my house unit... unfortunately some will have 3ml tanks for awhile... I really hate filling tanks up, I like to vape, love it, I just really hate having to fill these things up.... c'mon guys!
I think I made a right choice ditching off the eLeaf stuff, my last iSticks may still work, maybe they'll work with Smok tanks, who knows... regardless, tired of the "No/Short Atomizer" when the thing was literally working 2min ago and sat on the table for a bit...
Switching to Smok a good decision? Anyone know if I can do QR Code/Validations online (internet/PC)? Sorry for the long posts, I am still a "beginner" even after vaping for 2yrs+, I get excited and have some pretty cool stuff stocked up.. I need to get my tank game straight, because a lot of my 30w iSticks (2), iPicos (2)... 1 of my iPicos is hurting bad, but the other is almost brand new, but needs a real tank, as the Melo III's and my last iJust2 tank out of the 3-4 I have are starting to have their threadings stripped from so much in and out in regards to filling the tanks, and I will NOT risk them on any of my Smok hardware...

Well buying off ebay just isn't the best plan, though I understand it may be necessary in some cases, I'm a little confused as why you would continue to do it with Smok products after failing with Eleaf.... You'd be just as likely to get counterfeit or brick mods there from Smok in my opinion.
And again only my opinion, but I'm not sure I'd be moving to Smok in terms of reliability or longevity (as a general rule) although not all of their products are unreliable, I certainly wouldn't purchase them on e-bay as a fair number were NOT reliable and I'd expect them to show up there after being "fixed" or whatever, and it sounds like you are trying to avoid that.
If you are looking for longevity and a better vaping experience over the long term, you may want to think about fewer mods, but higher end mods that are known for reliability (Smoant, Wismec maybe) and buying from a reputable place, even if it costs a little more.
I hope your new arrivals suit you... It does seem to me though, that if you are having "authentic" concerns that ebay would be the last place to look (unless you know a place is actually tied to a manufacturer in some way) and if cost is an issue purchasing from one of the authentic and useful Chinese sites, even if you have to wait a bit.
Again, just my opinion and I hope what you get is excellent and meets your expectations. Good luck.

Ehhh I'm not so concerned about the buying off eBay or online anymore, now that I found this forum it seems like there are a lot of validated Vendors that you can trust, reminds me of a PC Tech forum I would buy stuff from, great setup... a lot of "things" are going this route, and it's great, growing large communities to help one another, trust one another, nothing better than that!
I only used eBay because I was stuck on eLeaf, I'm pretty loyal and simple, and stuck to what I knew. When I say my "original" store was ripping people off, yeah they were I checked priced online all over, at other stores, etc... but a lot of stores stopped carrying eLeaf products.
I have been recommended the Smoant and will check into their mods. As for tanks, I want to stick with the BigBaby 5ml (V8's?), think that's what they are called, as well as the 30-50w coils. I've had a blast with my new 80w Baby, honestly I think I would grab another from my new store. I trust my new local store, their juice prices are amazing, they sell a lot of top of the line stuff and their prices are very good after being a little reluctant, I got my 80w Baby Smok for $50 usd, I like the design as working outside I am not taking my gloves off to hit a little button somewhere... grip and rip is nice!
I come here because I trust all of you, I saw the "stock up" thread and figured good topic, kinda what I am doing at the moment, my iPicos still work, I have 2-3 eLeaf mods that still work properly, but the iJust2 Tanks I loved so much are going in the cigar box of junk.. they are beat up, threads stripping from the on and off so much.
I am not worried about validating what I get from my current store, they are legit and they've replaced things for friends so I know they are generous and care about their customers, the owner is a good dude.. his shop is a hole in the wall, a gem I found just driving to the dentist one day on the different side of our county. Here in NJ there used to be like 3 head shops, all located in New Brunswick (Rutgers U), then we had 2 pop up locally, 1 where I went 1st as my pal loves the place, but he also has a lot more money than me and doesn't complain when stuff breaks or doesn't work, just buys more.. unfortunately I'm not well-off like that, being 33 my parents cut me off a long time ago, some of us man-children from NJ aren't so fortunate to have unlimited funds living off mommy and daddy, and he's got the same head concept regarding building PC's, I only compare Vaping and PC Tech because the forums and communities are tight and help one another, and there are so many manufacturers, brands, and parts that you need to know what will last. I build gaming computers, I make sure they are going to last 6-10+ years by building with the best, having backup parts if something fails out... and I save a ton of $$ doing so as I see my pals rip through laptops and PC's every 2-3 years... I just built my new PC from all the money I saved vaping and not smoking cigs. We're talking only a couple hundred but I also built everyone in my family a new PC and threw out their i3 nonsense laptops and such they were stuck on as I was tired of hearing how slow they were heh.
I trust Smok products, I trust this forum, I trust my store... I trust this forum 100% because someone mentioned a site, I believe FastTech? That took PayPal Credit, now I remember why I was using eBay a lot.. PPCredit. Anyway, whatever the site was I decided to buy a tiny OVANCL 20-30-40Watt Mod, this tiny little thing for like $10 from Europe. It shipped fast, probably a warehouse in the states. And the thing is amazing, it's worked great with every tank I've put on it, well 4/5 seem to be perfect. I love this little guy, it proves it's not about the money or name, because I have no idea who OVANCL are, but damn kudos to them. That little sucker saved me on the road several times, and holds a solid battery lifetime and does the trick. I like simple things, even better if they are cheap.. that recommendation and product sold me to this forum. So if I have questions or concerns I know this is the place to go, everyone here has been wonderful.
I will check into Smoant as a few folks have mentioned, but I am getting an Alien whether I like it or not it's a gift someone is giving me tomorrow or next time I see them. But the 80w Baby seems like what I need, and for the price perfect, wish it came with a 5ml tank instead of a 3ml tank. Not sure why all the starter kits will give you the 5ml tanks, but the more "beefier" mods/units give you these 3ml suckers, yeh yeh I am nit picking, but those +2ml help for long days at work.

I've had good luck with eleaf, their isticks performed like workhorses for me. I don't buy everything they produce though. Some things are made to be disposable and they are often priced that way. Anytime something is under $20 in 6 months, I don't expect much from it. Mechs tend to last longer but I think that's due to their simplicity.
I see SMOK having similar issues that eleaf has. Some products are better than others. Kanger, Joyetech, no different. I tend to wait 6 months to a year and then see how it performs. That also means I'm not on the cutting edge of lastest greatest gear. Oh well.
Provari's had their haters but I went to them for reliability and longevity. They are still in use. Reo's were next. I don't know of any manufacturer taking their place with higher wattage gear. I grabbed a Kanger togo for it's form and because it's made of metal. The nebox has been in heavy use for some for years. Innokin also makes some reliable long lasting products. I still have an original 20w box that just keeps on going. It's passed through the hands of several new vapers now.
It's whatever works. Buyer beware. Several chinese sites have authentic gear and label clones or "styles" prominently. I would question ebay sellers, even some on amazon when that was important since many don't have stores open for a year (policy related), it's impossible to raise an issue with them. Some are fine. It's hard to know.

Same ....ty as baby beast tanks where the coil life sucks and has no flavor compared to the clieto 120 or the uwell crow 3 tanks where those coils last a long time mine have been a month and give off way better flavor
