I am one of those trying to focus on using my built-in battery mods now and saving my 18650 mods for later as the built-ins will become junk over time.

Not necessarily. Assuming the board is still working right, it may be worth keeping those mods. It could be possible to source a new battery using the #s on the old battery and solder the new one into the mod. I know not everyone is willing to do this, though.

But tough times make tough vapers. :)

But it seems like I am constantly using mine throughout the day, although I only vape at 10 and 14W (DTL).

The calculations on the calc seem to be right. Assuming you're using 100mg/ml base, the calculation is...
  • 100mg strength per liter = 100,000mg
  • ml vaped/day * mg strength vaped = Total daily mg vaped
  • 100,000mg / Total daily mg intake = Days to use-up 1 liter of 100mg base
  • Days to use-up 1 liter of 100mg base/365 = Years to use-up 1 liter of 100mg base

If in doubt, now would be the time to order some more nic base, if you can.

At your wattage, which is the same range I vape at, e-liquid lasts a pretty good while even if you chain vape.

Which makes me scared about a bunch of the cloud chuckers I bought for future use (unless you hold it in forever, there is a ton of wasted vapor with those).

Then why did you buy them? :?: There are plenty of MTL/restricted DTL out there. Might want to sell them and replace them with MTL tanks. Cloud chucker gear seems to sell reasonably fast on classifieds.

Does anyone have an Innokin isub tank? Are these coils compatible with the Zenith?

I don't have either, but according to FT measurement specs,

iSub = 22mm(L)x10mm(W)

Zenith = 31mm(L)x8mm(W)

Even if the threads are exactly the same, the width of the iSub might not matter (but that depends), but the length may be too short to make a seal with the chimney on the Zenith.

Hopefully someone can verify this. Might want to ask on this thread for .

Just got my Nic River/River supply order in. All I can say is this: I hope they respond to my email. I was planning on mixing a recipe tonight. The main flavor was Flavorah apple filling and guess what? No darn apple filling. First time in 10 years I was shorted. Second order from this vendor..It may be my last dependent on their response.
I called them just now. They forgot to send me a shipping email and the item is suppose to be here tomorrow. CS was within minutes of call. They said they would send me a email but I'm still waiting.

My element vape order is scheduled to be delivered today. They are fast. I do think they need to work on the "ordering" page.

Edit: I was using 2 picos in rotation for many years. They are nice but the display is wonky on both of them (still usuable). Right now I'm using two eleaf Rims as I stock up on other mods that use a battery. I thought I didn't have much but looked though my box of mods. I even have a old clouper dna mod.

I decided 4 years ago that I would plan a barebones stash for 10/20 years. I estimated a mod or atomizer should last for 2 years of continuous service which would be 5 of each for 10 years but just incase I'm wrong then double those numbers. If I get 2 years never the less may be I'm good for 20 years. I did more or less the same with nic. A 100mg bottle should last me about 3.5 years so three liters. Just incase some of it goes bad double the amount to 7 liters. Over the last 4 years I've replenished the nic so I'm still at 10/20 years supply.

The risk of interference with supplies has increased substantially. I haven't increased the size of the stash but I have bought some vape toys faster than if there was no time pressure. The stash and the toys combined will probably hold me longer than 20 years and I still haven't spent much money compared to a fraction of a year of smoking.

Because I thought I might like them.... just like I bought 10 squonkers but have not yet squonked. I want options and things to look forward to in the future, not letting the government take that away from me.

If I hate them, I'll get more money for them a few years from now when I get around to using them than I would now anyway. And I have enough hardware that if my wife and I never used the cloud chuckers or squonkers, we would still be fine well beyond our lifespan.
If in doubt, now would be the time to order some more nic base, if you can.
I already have 19.5 liters, but I plan on slowly cutting our nic usage at least in half from 18-20mg to 9-10mg over the next 5 years.

Where do nic hoarders buy glass bottles for your nic base?

I prefer clear so I can see the color of my nic base in the freezer.

Rossum suggested I look at Amazon and Glass Bottle Outlet. Didn't bother with Amazon yet, but GBO doesn't sell clear glass bottles larger than 4oz. Prefer at least 8 oz and maybe a few 16 oz.
I recycle my Mutti tomato passata bottles for nic storage. They are strong, have a 400ml capacity and a good sealing top with a wide mouth.

I have jars similar to that. But they are old. Worried about lead in them.

I grow my own tomatoes in the summer and puree them so I can have fresh tomato sauce almost all year round. I hate having to buy it in the store.

But's it's a good idea, though, assuming you wash those lids well, which I'm sure you do.

That's why I've been thinking about using Ball jars with plastic lids since I can get some jars for free. I just have to buy the lids. Not sure what to do about that. Not liking the thought of experimenting with my stash.

stuck in a squishy pod called my brain
I wonder how many hours of overtime heartland vapes employees will be getting from ECF members business in the next two days?
I walked into heartland vapes yesterday to buy nicotine.. Sadly they have started lay-offs. Vape hate is impacting them

The cap looks like it may not have enough threading but they seal great. I also use electrical tape as extra seal on my filled bottles.
