I made signatures invisible because it's hard for me to follow conversations with so many distractions. But obviously I'm missing out.
I have no idea. Seems no one is paying attention to the deadline. I suspect it will be business as usual unless and until the vape gestapo starts rounding up some violators.I'm serious, Bronze.
What's the law? Protocol? Sept. 9 is just a deadline for submitting PMTAs. I get that. So what's going to happens to all the vaping gear--mods, tanks, eliquids--that are being sold in U.S.???

I think not even Mr. Murphy (Murphy's Law) has an idea either. Some shops have just closed early..
I suspect these companies would be none too happy if they went thru the agony of the PMTA process and others did not. Perhaps it will be these companies who pitch a beitch if they're approved and will take down the rest.
I think Azar's proposed 'streamlined PMTA process' is just their way to get more companies to go thru that process after which they'll (the vape companies) probably be denied anyway. I 100% doubt that the FDA is going to refund the denied companies.
So maybe there will be a bunch of juice on the market. Probably at way high prices as they pay off the cost of the applications. Nothing to vape it in though except for a few pods and Smok.
Maybe, but not in the states that have banned flavored eliquids already or are about to ban them. And what about hardware?
