Good question Les, logic would dictate one should be able to so I am going to so no it must be a pre 2007 product. (Good question, I have no idea.)
I believe it was Zeller who I saw said it can. He was answering to complaints about the strictness of it all, and said that in defense.

I may be mistaken but I believe the SE application was finally rejected last year(4 years after submission) but retailers are allowed to sell current stock.

I smoked them for a while, they were just like regular camels, unless you wanted the menthol, and camel sent out coupons for them almost weekly.

I'm not disputing you, I just have to Google everything. It's how my brain works.

The ones I saw were in a green box (there may have been black with blue, but I didn't pay attention since I was a menthol smoker), but I didn't see any black and red boxes. Like this:

Camelcrushbold.jpg

I think Camel Crush Bold were banned, but maybe not the other ones. FDA Bans Camel Crush Bold, 3 Other R.J. Reynolds Cigarette Brands

I'm Googling and Googling, but I can't find the answer.

That's one thing I've never understood, and it was a moot point up until last year, but.. Once something is approved via PMTA, can subsequent revisions apply via SE or does that ONLY apply to pre 2007 products?

You're making my brain hurt.

Geesh!

I'm still trying to figure out if all of the Camel Crush flavors are banned, but I came across a site that goes into detail about how to smoke cigarettes!

"DO NOT start on non-filter cigarettes. Try one after you get a few packs down."

This is only mildly related, but are vendors allowed to tell you that vaping's safer than opiates?

This is just the beginning. If I understand it correctly, they will also have to test how their e-liquids will perform on different devices, different wattages etc.

Just sayin.
Hi Katya! Good to see you again!
This is just so INSANE what the FDA has done to us! I love my vapes, I recently had to cut down to 3mg prior to surgery and for a couple weeks after. I almost lost my mind....I am so angry about what the FDA is doing to us.

This thread reminds me of a giant ant hill in the lawn.

The FDA came along and dented their toe into it causing all the inhabitants to spring up, scurrying in every which direction.

Eventually the FDA will come back with an industrial sized can of Round Out and saturate the mound until nothing is moving.

Heck the FDA passed the deeming during small business week. Our government is, at the very least, extremely ironic.

Saw a report by a vape shop owner earlier, he had a group of 6 to 8 friends that visited his shop regularly up until this week. This week, only 1 came in. When he asked where the other guys were, the 1 said they had heard about the regs and went back to smoking. :( I'll be curious to see what the smoking rates look like next year.

While I am still musing the legal meaning on 'Criminal negligence'...

There's no pre-crime, there's no harm done, no victims - yet.

Think long term. Think of the children. Think of your children. Lets protect them.
From agencies. From institutions that have spun out of control.

Please, document all these names where vapers have switched to smoking.
Make it watertight for a future ( long future ) lawsuit. Something in the scope of the MSA.
But don't ask for $$$. That'll just find it's way back to you in higher taxation. Ask for restructuring.

The folks currently in power/office couldn't care less, they'll be retired or dead by then too.

Write the names and dates down.
A name at a time, a pebble at a time, start building an avalanche.

I don't believe that will be required but not a bad idea. If in fact they are able to make these regulations stick, I suspect that there might be a few like those that were mentioned that will go back to smoking in the next two years. However, once getting a decent PV is a project and flavors limited, the numbers of smokers will climb.

Then there are the chillun. Let's face it, the coolness of smoking shifted as the coolness of vaping took over. As the "rebel" kids heard the establishment complain, they were drawn to the new, trent. It's "smoking" plus technology. And as the "rebels" go the wannabe went, thus the rabid decrease in smoking and the astronomical growth of them using e cigs. The only thing they weren't asked was if they were vaping nicotine, but to the ANTZ, that doesn't really matter does it.

Of course I had to Google to find out what other things we export.

America's exports to China amounted to
$116.2 billion or 7.7% of its overall exports.

1. Aircraft, spacecraft: $15.4 billion
2. Electronic equipment: $12.8 billion
3. Machinery: $12.3 billion
4. Oil seed: $11.1 billion
5. Vehicles: $10.9 billion
6. Medical, technical equipment: $7.9 billion
7. Plastics: $4.9 billion
8. Woodpulp: $3.4 billion
9. Organic chemicals: $2.5 billion
10. Cereals: $2.4 billion
Top US Exports

On another site it listed Washington as the number one state exporting to China in 2014. US State Exports to China (2005-2014) | US China Business Council
Top%20US%20State%20Exporters%20to%20China%2C%202014.JPG

That's a lot of ProVaris.

My comment was facetious, in the regard that we vapers export our dollars to China in exchange for some pretty spectacular vaping gear.

I knew we exported stuff to China, other than our money.

I knew you were kidding, I was responding to coldgin. I wanted to find out what we exported besides paint. You have to watch out for me, I Google everything! It's my main form of entertainment. Sadly, I won't live long enough to learn all the things I want to.

Sadlyer, as of this now I have already lived longer than what I wanted to learn. :(

I can't "like" your post, but I get it. I, on the other hand, have a mind that constantly screams FEED ME! Even if it's something stupid like trying to find out if all of the Camel Crush flavors have been banned when I don't smoke. (I'm bored with camels now btw, I have to find something else to play with.)
