Salut!

I don't know about Philip Morris, but RJ Reynolds had the Premier: Premier (cigarette) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

And now for something almost different. I hope it cheers you up a little.

Meet Barbara. She uses an Eclipse and is insane.

I literally laughed out loud when I saw what you wrote. I had forgotten about these. Yep, I tried them. Not good and did not work. Went right back and bought a pack of my Virginia Slims.

Actually, walking past bath and body works gives me a headache, I can't spend more than a few minutes in there.
I first encountered one on the Kings Road in London around the early 90's - hadn't actually seen the shop, but my nose did, and did a 'whoa! what's that!' o_O

I'm already packed with approx. 20 years worth (with a bit of "cutdown" effort).

I said the same thing. "I hope this money ends up being wasted."

I did the same thing last week, too. One gallon of 100mg/ml PG-based nic solution from Nicotine River, and 128oz of glass bottles in various sizes from ebottles.com. Should be enough to last decades, as I vape 3-5mg/ml juice, and go through about a 3.5ml tank/day.

I'll be a very happy guy (and will have very happy vaping friends who DIY), if that $350 was "wasted."

Wouldn't be a complete waste, even if you just threw it out when the FDA is taken down. It's worth something, having a bit of piece of mind. Or maybe I should say, less non-piece of mind - choose your word for that.

Wasted, wasted .. hmm My stash will not be wasted, nope it will be vaped.

One of my goals is to have one of my kid unpack some of it from the freezer (it's all marked "POISON"), just about the time they're packing me INTO one. They ALL vape, so I guess I should allocate it out in my will, eh? ;)

It is better to have and not need, than to need and not have.

I bought 12 of the EHPRO Kayfun Lite Plus clones when they were on sale for $6.99
But they are in a box in the closet and I hope to never have to use them.

I bought 9 of the ZMax V3s when then were on sale for $9.99
They are in the same box, and I hope I never have to use them either.

I have around 200 of the standard 510 atomizers that I use for dripping on my Ego Twists.
I got around 150 of them on sale for a buck apiece awhile back.

If I use one each month, and account for the occasional DOA atomizer...
They will last me over 15 years...

But I keep forgetting to change over to a new one each month.
The last one was still going strong on month three before I remembered to switch.
:)

Watch out! FDA may deem you to be a distributor! That was a great investment for the future, though. They may turn into solid gold one day when the market only sells eGo and various pen style vaporizers. Dark alleys may one day be full of shady characters wanting to unload their vaping wares for a profit.

Just kidding! I hope we squash the FDA's master plan.

Who was first, you or one of them?

Me first. My youngest son was about one month behind me, the others around 2 years later. I never said a word to any of them about switching. They did it all on their own.

I just vaped.

Mitch Zeller's stash consists of the one known remaining unit of the only pre-2007 e-cig, and he's said he won't let anybody see it. He keeps it in a safe, and plans to sell it to a museum, some day.

I've told my story in comments to legislators and I wrote a testimonial for CASAA to use. I was never able to quit smoking for good until ecigs. Haven't had a smoke in 5 years and the year before that ecigs took me down from over 2 PAD down to 6 cigs a day. I finally decide that smoking while vaping was pointless and when I quit it was a piece of cake. I had no desire to smoke anymore. It was magic!

That was part of Brickman's essay, as well. We (the vaping community) have been almost entirely reactive in our approach. We try to counter raw emotionalism with simple facts, and it doesn't work. This isn't going to be about the facts. It's going to be about swaying public opinion.
Whether it's accurate or not, the public image of vaping has been allowed to be driven by the convention/competition/hipster scene, and by people who IMO are simply being rude.
If your opinion of cars was formed only by what you saw at Autorama, and your local cruise night, reinforced by news stories of teenagers dieing while racing in the streets, what would you think of them?
When we're fighting a propaganda war FACTS DON'T MATTER!
We need the PUBLIC IMAGE of vaping to better reflect the 99% of "invisible" vapers you were talking about. We need to be PROACTIVE in projecting that image to the public, with radio, and TV spots, YouTube videos, print media ads, etc.
I can come up with a couple of campaign themes, already.
Swaying people on tobacco......tall tall tall task. Not impossible but extraordinarily unlikely.

It feels like you would agree. I like your post though. Your statement is true and echo'd by me and many for some time now.

It's not a fair fight either. The table is slanted at an 89 degree angle.

He should donate it to the Smithsonian and take it off his tax return.

    Dear Ms.

Thank you for contacting me regarding H.R. 2058, FDA Deeming Authority Clarification Act of 2015, which is currently pending in the United States House of Representatives. I appreciate knowing your views on this matter.

In the Senate, this legislation would fall under the jurisdiction of the Energy and Natural Resources Committee. While I am not a member of that Committee, I want to assure you that I will be following the progress of this bill and will keep your views in mind if this or related legislation comes before the full Senate for consideration.

If you would like to know more about my work in the Senate, please feel free to sign up for my weekly updates athttp://murray.senate.gov/updates.Again, thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with me.
