Sealed packages with a tax stamp? Like cigarettes have. It could still be done, but it would be illegal, and will likely happen a lot.

I think anyway they do it they are going to promote the Black/Gray Market. And they know that Also.

And that is what Scares people when they see the word Unadulterated in anything the FDA Publishes.

...

How Many off shore Manufacturers will continue to support a FROZEN Market while Advancing Technology for the rest of the world?o_O

Well, after Aug 8th, 2016, there will be No New Frozen Market Products sold in the USA. And I could see that after about Aug 8th, 2018, there will be perhaps No Frozen Market Products sold in the USA whatsoever.

Concern is Any supply of Currently available Product once Dealer Inventories are diminished - at any point - due to no longer available Stocking supply.:glare:
This could happen in a Matter of Months as Stockpiles are built by knowledgeable consumers and Black Marketeers.:(

Before I stopped using nicotine 5 months ago I was using around 1.5ml of 12mg per day.
So that Nicorette mist would have lasted me (theoretically) around 9 days.

When I quit smoking after 27 years I was at around 7 cigarettes per day.
So that came out to around one pack every 3 days or so.

Nicorette --> Two for $45 on Amazon / 18 days
Marlboro --> Around $6/pack or $36 / 18 days

Only PG,VG, Nicotine juice you're looking at about $0.05 per mL. If you were only vaping 4.5mL in 9 days you would spend maybe $0.30. Add that to your comparing against the Nicorette Mist.

Bu no, not about the money at all, is it?

Yeah... This ENTIRE thing just Blows.

I mean, we have the FDA going Ape Snit saying anything that has a Vowel in it's name is a Tobacco Product. And doesn't Recognize the Authority of the Congress. Got States and the Feds scurrying around like Piranhas to Tax e-liquids into Oblivion. And Talk of a 21+ National Age Limit in the Next Presidency.

How did we get Here?

They Told me to Quit Smoking. I did. What Now do they Want?

Actually unflavored juice, with nic, costs about $0.01/ml to make.

So if they want More Blood out of this Turnip, they can get it from Someone Else.

BTW - If I, as a Seller, collect and then send in Tax Monies per ml for e-Liquids, what stops me from Cutting the mg/ml level say in half by adding VG and then selling the Results? In that case, only 1/2 of the Total ml's would have been Taxed. And I could Pocket the other 1/2.

Cigarettes were Easy to Control. Cause people would Notice if there were Only 10 Cigarettes in a Pack.

They have to staff extra Weighs & Means enforcement personal. Hey, @HazyShades does Weighs & Means have a SWAT team, or do they fall under DOT?

just nuts !
I am not a big cloud vaper...but I vape all day, about 6+mls a day.
I smoked almost 2 PAD.

There is no way you can make 1ml equal 1 pack of cigarettes !

When is this insanity going to :censored: stop !!

It won't, not until enough stand up peacefully and state, "I no longer consent."

But ... And yes it is a big but here.

You have to resolve fully to mean it. This entails you give them all your Federal reserve notes i.e. cash money. Give it all to them, keep none for yourself. No longer go to Department of Health And Human Services to collect food stamps, no longer accept Social Security, no longer pay taxes, no longer use licenses to drive cars on public roads. You have give it all up if it is from their tainted fraud. Walk away from it. Remember, you stood up and said, "I no longer consent."

That means you no longer play by their rules or with their toys. Enough do that & they may have to raise the military against us. Let's see how well that actually goes for them. One thing that got put to me into basic was you do not engage the peaceful. If we're all not consenting but all acting peaceful, what can a military force do against us? Massacre? Risk all that horrible press? And you think they could blow enough smoke to cover that up?

I've had this conversation with a Few People who are reasonably knowledgeable in this area. And the Consensus is if a the law was written for "Tobacco Products", that e-Cigarettes would Now be included.

Not to be a nuisance, but if' you're talking about the PACT Act, it only covers cigarettes and smokeless tobacco. PACT stands for Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking Act of 2009. It is not a Prevent All Tobacco Products (However the FDA Wants to Define Them) Trafficking Act.

It specifically exempts fine cigars and doesn't even mention e-cigs. And since cigars are most definitely a tobacco product, the PACT Act will have to be amended by Congress--eventually.

Actually, I was referring to existing State Laws.
