I've been a fan of many of your posts, so I hate to do this, but I have to.

You previously made a post about paying taxes being okay...
Now it seems you're okay with a 21 age limit...

I hope not, but if so...

I'm sorry, but this is exactly the problem.
I'm sure most reading this understand the problem, I wish you would.

Again, sorry, but it MUST be said.
I understood it as he rather pay taxes then having it banned, and to have a lifetime band if you were born after a certain date is crazy and they should just make the age 21instead of a lifetime band. Thats how I understood it.

As long as we got to keep some of what we have...

You must be really bored.

Where did I say that a 21 age limit is OK? Actually read my post before you comment. For a country considering banning smoking outright, I very clearly stated that making the age limit 21 would at least be a realistic alternative. Banning smoking outright is idiotic. Sorry, I said "nutty".

Also, you refer to taxation. Do you honestly expect government to refrain from taxing ejuice moving forward? If so, good luck with that. In my opinion (which I am allowed to have last time I checked), and as I stated previously, a $0.075/ml tax that was proposed in one of the Virginias would be acceptable TO ME if that was the worst thing that was to happen to vaping. Would I prefer no tax? Yup, but that ain't gonna happen. Is $2.25/ml tax better than $15+/30ml that's has been proposed and also implemented elsewhere? I may need you to check my math, but I believe it very well could be.

History of regulations that lead us to this point with the current vaping regulations. Totally off-topic.
Is posting about what he was posting about on topic or off? I can't keep it straight. I figured the last round was all about soybeans. Hey do soybeans have nicotine? Would those be regulated if they did? I'm still anxiously awaiting my tomacco crop which will be deemed to be e-cig related, I'm sure. :2cool:

I'm a member of a lifetime band.
We call ourselves Sara and the [removed].

Sara's my wife. She's great on the drums.

Should I be concerned about where she finds the inspiration to hit those skins like she does?

Nawww....let mama rawk.

You're pragmatism is commendable. But I just think that if we yield on ridiculous things like e-juice tax and the ludicrous belief that 18 year-olds are just kiddies who still need coddling then... well, then may as well let 'em have it all.

I'm behind in reading, so I apologize if this has been posted before.

E-cigarettes: Gateway Or Roadblock To Cigarette Smoking?

There're a number are number of articles on the same topic. Currently (at least for the last several hours) this appears to be getting more press than articles on how bad ecigs are.

That's OK. I've been using curly (only curly) Golden Retriever hairs in my wicking for a while now. I think it works well, and also has given me a very mellow disposition.

I tried using my Border Collie's fur, but I had to lower my nic level.

Great black market for forgers. There will be a retroactive baby-boom in OZ for the year 2000.
Hadn't thought of it that way, but yeah, a booming black market in the making. What a Dick. If it did anything, it'd promote smoking. At that age, I'd do everything I could to defy him. Get 'em hooked young, let 'em die young, save a bunch on medical and retirement. Perhaps they'll try to tax and regulate pituri.

Try GSD .... ruffle fur. Springy but compacts nicely and up to 3" long. A lot like Sally's but you can sweep it off the floor for free. One shedding season equals 4,500 years of wicking material. :D

18-20..... this is a touchy subject for me. My son joined the Marines.. He was in boot camp for his 18th birthday. When he got out...Well, I couldn't take him out to the bar for his first beer.... he's still considered a minor. That got me thinking... he can drive a 4000lb lump of steel 60MHP down a crowded road, he can shoot an M16a4, throw grenades and defend our country, He could, if he wanted to, fly an airplane over a crowded city by himself, buy a house and land, raise a family without needing anyone's approval......But they don't trust him to buy beer by himself. Well, I still bought him his first beer and we drank it at our house. I still think he should be able to be able to buy one himself. If he's competent to put his life on the line to defend our country...at least our country should be able to trust him enough to buy a beer.... Ok.. end of rant. Sorry, I went into a tangent there.

Considering the trouble I got into while active duty due to alcohol, I'm beginning to think that it's not a bad idea to increase the legal age for drinking. If it weren't for a couple of good senior NCOs who went to bat for me, they'd have kicked me out.

This one sentence really scares me, whats next? My gut tells me bulk nicotine unless you have a "reseller" license.

"We expect that asserting our authority over these tobacco products will enable us to propose further regulatory action in the future as appropriate"
