Ya know Enaud, I've thought alot about this. First, I don't think they'll ever come after individuals, even if they broaden the regs to make possession illegal. Unlikely given legalization of {other stuff}. Even if they do, as you point out, we ignore.
But, the vendors are the problem. Which ones will decide to ignore? I doubt many if any, since they're in legal jeopardy.
Private clubs, like the old speak easy's during prohibition? Secret knock and you get admitted and get your supply. How to set it up is the question.

I doubt individuals will ever have anything to worry about as well. Think about the motivation for folks to take it underground, it goes beyond just profit for many. Lot's of folks got into the biz because they believed in it. Private clubs is a theme I have heard mention for months now talking to folks in shops.

There are a lot of little and not so little stockpiles of nic sitting in freezers all across the land. It's not just DIY'ers that have an interest in stashing some valuable assets away We have folks from all walks of life who vape and believe vehemently in the power and success of this tech in keeping people off the smokes, machinists, engineers, chemists, hobbyists, the list goes on and on. Our country has a lot of problems right now...how much energy and actual resources do you think will be a available to enforce a vape prohibition? At what cost? It's going to a fun ride.
