This is a really good proposal. I especially like the section that will nullify all current and bar all future state laws treating vapor products as tobacco.

In spite of his mistakes Hunter gives me a glimmer of hope for CA. Now if we can just get rid of Boxer and Feinstein.

It does look like a good framework. It's been awhile since I looked at AEMSA standards, do they still not allow WTA? Other than that, which could be reevaluated, I don't see any issues after a brief read.

Have you noticed EVERYTHING is now emotion based, even the law?

It's getting ridiculous truly.. I find it personally shocking that judges are now making emotion rulings instead of reading the letter of the law and making judgment..

But everything in this country has gone to pot because now it's all about how something makes you feel, and no longer about right from wrong..

That post offends me! Therefore, it is wrong.
