And starting with the August date, no more coil building in vape shops.
I doubt any of us here care about that. And starting with the August date, no more coil building in vape shops.
You sure? I think if they were built before that date, it's OK. And I think they can NOT show how to build, unless they can do it without actually building. No selling shop built coils, but they could show people how to build.
Are you up this late very often? I'm not sure if my sleep problems have been exacerbated by the FDA, or my having vaped way more than usual since last Thursday. Probably both FDA induced.I doubt any of us here care about that.
But it might affect the younger Clouds Bro! folks.
Hey, maybe that will cause them to get involved and fight alongside us?
Yeah, right.
As much as I respect Bill, he does tend to stir the pot on occasion, calling for a total shift from repubs to dems for example.
Aiding and abetting I see. According to the new regs, if the ppl they are showing are not a registered tobacco maker then it will be a crime........... guess we're just a bunch of jail birds.....I don't look good in stripes. No selling shop built coils, but they could show people how to build.
That is correct.(and will only be able to sell prebottled e-liquid products that were already on the market on 8/8/16).
I thought as long as it was the exact same eliquid recipes they had been making before that date they could continue to make it...
I'm not so sure. The comments were whatever people wanted to say, but the surveys had specific questions about equipment and vendors.
I would rather see that happen than to see them rubber stamp everything and let the public be the test subjects. Some of those commercials are frightening. Especially the ones that spend most of the ad time describing all possible side effects. eeek.
When FDA funding (via our tax dollars) could have been used to find ways to assist Orphan Drug approval.
That would be a big relief. It doesn't affect me directly, since I mix myself. Indirectly it does. I need to know others won't be hurt, and I need a healthy vape industry. That is correct.
"and will only be able to sell prebottled e-liquid products that were already on the market on 8/8/16" means e-liquids that were already being made and sold previous to 8-9-16 can still be made and sold after. It doesn't mean e-liquid products that were already on the shelf.
No new products after 8-8-16 means exactly what it says, no NEW products after 8-8. If an e-liquid is being sold before 8-8-16, it's not new. Whatever you've been vaping before 8-8-16, you'll still be able to vape after 8-8-16. Well, for a couple of years anyway.

I must have missed that one.
Nah. But I think you would not be allowed to build one for anyone else, even if you have a 90 year old grandmother who vapes, and hasn't got the finger dexterity, anymore.I build my own coils, so that make me a tobacco product manufacturer. I didn't see any exemption for own use, which makes me think I should filed a PMTA. Does anyone have a link to a lab?
Mm, I do believe you were MIA. Somewhere between "has anyone seen Kent" and the official Where is Kent thread.![]()
Ah... my "lost weekend" but without May Pang![]()

Here you go.I build my own coils, so that makes me a tobacco product manufacturer. I didn't see any exemption for own use, which makes me think I should file a PMTA. Does anyone have a link to a behavioral science lab that tests coils?
Any time I use the word "you", you are welcome to any interpretation you wish. I think I was purposely letting it have two meanings. It got me some information.Thank you for thinking I'm young enough to have a 90 year old grandmother.
