Any time I use the word "you", you are welcome to any interpretation you wish. I think I was purposely letting it have two meanings. It got me some information.
Yeah, maybe you shouldn't fill out any more surveys.
I'm happy to hear that you are at least half my age, and hopefully more.I'm proud to be an old vaper. I think my repeated statement of smoking for 40 years would have given you a clue as well.![]()
It seems to me that Behavioral Science is the most important category. How else can one quantify the likelihood that nonsmokers will start using the product; the likelihood that former smokers will relapse back to nicotine use by using the product; the likelihood that nonsmokers who do start using the product will progress to cigarette smoking; the likelihood that former smokers who relapse back to nicotine use will then progress to smoking; the likelihood that consumers will use the product in conjunction with other tobacco products; and the likelihood that smokers who start using the product would otherwise have quit smoking?
Goodnight, and maybe sleep with your fingers crossed.Okay, when Oci writes something and my eyes cross, it's time to call it a night.Have a good one folks!

I am gonna make an attempt to sleep. First I need to log out, them find some way of getting my mind off of the FDA for a bit. It might work.
Goodnight Ocelot and whoever else is left.
If they're vaping they're not smoking. What is this supposed to mean? Likelihood that they would have quit anyway? When? On the same day they took up vaping or twenty years later when they were diagnosed with COPD?...the likelihood that smokers who start using the product would otherwise have quit smoking?

Directly from the FDA website:I would love to see that reference if you find it, dang the one vendor I order from custom mixes all their eliquid per order, no premade, so this really concerns me a lot.![]()
Sorry, that was a text wall because it was a copy/paste of proof requirements from Dr. Siegel. When I post something of my own, I try to break up paragraphs to make it easier to read - even if the grammar cat in me almost gnaws off my own paw as I hit return.
This also encompasses small "craft" modders like myself........Directly from the FDA website:
"If you operate a vape shop that mixes or prepares liquid nicotine or nicotine-containing e-liquids, or creates or modifies any type of ENDS, you are considered a manufacturer and must comply with all of the legal requirements for tobacco product manufacturers."
Someone pointed out to me that this statement might be misconstrued by the ECF Admins to qualify me as a "Supplier".This also encompasses small "craft" modders like myself........
I seriously doubt China will take this on. If orders get to be too few, which is also doubtful given the number of people that will be willing to risk a confiscated package for what they contain, they'll find something else to manufacture and/or copy and reconfigure the factory without missing a beat.
