The updates he sends out are a very valuable opportunity to inform people, and help counter any problems that people might get the idea that all they need to do is sign a petition. He has said that, and I agree. I hope he doesn't send it in, yet.

Yeah, I read his initial one a while back, and I've read all three. He makes some good common sense points, but then he also does a lot of vape shaming, and his main focus seems to be that we haven't played up the smoking cessation aspect enough.

I have a news flash for everyone out there, this was all preordained when the FDA lost the Sottera suit. We could have all acted like invisible respectful tootle puffers, and they'd still come after us, because it's not about us.

My thought is this, and it might sound stupid and totally unplausible as I know nothing about foreign trade. BUT, if China is upset about this new FDA regulation (I am sure they have many other countries besides the US that they sell vaping equipment/juices to), wouldn't it be nice if someone knew someone who was high up in the China government and convinced them to stop allowing certain imports from the US to China that would really create a big mess for us? I have no idea if we even import anything to China but if we do, and I were China, I would cut that off big time and try to make a deal!!

Im roaming the net today and i see all kinds of prohibition sales and sign this and that petition. Does anyone remember SOPA? It just went away didn't it? Do you remember how? I do sites shut down to create a real touch of reality. Google says there are 9 million vapers ,and yet there isn't enough of funds or support. Id like to see all vape related sites shut down for a time to really get the attention of vapers and their families. I wonder if they would give up business for one or two days to make a point verses forever. It should be given some thought.
