I'll be honest and say I don't know the legal aspect of this, but to a layman the FSPTCA is all about regulating a product that is harmful to the user, and potentially others. Then you have vaping, which arguably contains no tobacco, and has not been shown to cause harm to ANYONE. So, I don't think its unreasonable to question the application of any of the TCA regulations towards vaping. That may not be pragmatic, but I believe it's what's right. Not to be argumentative, at all, because I agree completely, we deserve more than a few scraps tossed our direction..
But does anyone honestly think that we'll gain more than that?
I'm just really disheartened by all of this, and truthfully, losing hope with each day that passes.
I'm stocked up, so I'll be good, for a very long time, but I truly fear for those who aren't taking all this seriously.
I will support any fight against any of this, but I still wish we had someone in "authority" fighting the whole thing.
