I was wondering because I haven't been verified yet, how is all this going to affect the classified area here? Will it be changed or is it going to be okay until December 8th?
This is such a grim vision of our future. I feel like I am walking from a world that's in full color to a world of grays, like in the movies when they want to emphasize bleakness.I think both are correct. By handing the whole mess over to BT means it will be far easier to tax sales. No need to debate how much money for how many mls, no need to inspect thousands of businesses to assure safe and proper preparation of juice. Everything centralized with only a few manufacturers to monitor compliance, and easy collection of tax revenue without licensing thousands of vape stores to make sure the Departments of Revenue know who to collect the money from. The gas stations and 7 11's are already set up for it, so no big hit on their business. If anything, improving it with increased cigalike sales. The positions are really complimentary.
I live in VA now but still have my CA DL. I don't drive anymore and have had no use yet for a new ID. If I have to get one, it would be a state issued ID, not a DL. I wonder if this leaves me out in the cold?I don't have to order anything just yet but do you know if any of these sites are requiring a driver's license as opposed to a state ID? You wouldn't think it would matter if you have to go through the same process to get either but recently for the first time I was told my state ID didn't count for a process that a license would. I really don't get it because I had to go through the same exact verification but whatever.
I was wondering almost the same thing. In my case, being what is referred to as a 'snow bird', living in 2 different states throughout certain seasons of the year. If I wanted something shipped to FL but my license is legally WV, then would any order be refused because my license would not match the address I wanted the package shipped to?This is such a grim vision of our future. You are right, it shouldn't but I have been on sites that said, if your cc addr doesn't match the addr you want the package sent to and isn't identical, then they will cancel the sale. So I can get around this by adding another shipping addr to my saved ones(I think).Hummm... Interesting about the license vs. shipping but IMO, it shouldn't make any difference. I think that's only to verify age. I did it on a couple sites and had stuff shipped to another address. That seems to be more credit card related.
Ha! It wouldn't be the first time I got paid for writing crap. You could definitely get a job writing crap for them.

abc news keeps running a piece about the FDA Regulations. Saying that the new rules go into effect today 8-9 and mention no sales to minors and that new e-cigarettes cannot be brought to market without prior approval. They got some if it right but not sure why they think 8-9 and not 8-8, and they don't mention about the cost to keep products on the market.
2 order were decline before 8-8 for me because my debt card addy did not match shipping,so I had to use cc.You are right, it shouldn't but I have been on sites that said, if your cc addr doesn't match the addr you want the package sent to and isn't identical, then they will cancel the sale. 2 more liter of 100mg nic select on the way boosting my stock to 6.5 liters. I'm set. For the long haul.

What's your remaining life expectancy?6.5L ?! Damn... by my calculations, that would last me over 20 years using .9ml of nic a day.
Following along on Not Blowing Smokes FB page...seems like most of the shops are following the retailer rules nowI have a question, if anyone has any thoughts. So, starting yesterday there are different rules for what retailers and manufacturers can do. A manufacturer can put together items that come in a kit, a retailer cannot. However, businesses don't have to register as a retailer or a manufacturer until December. So... who knows if a store is a retailer or a manufacturer between now and December?
