You just can't really Regulate a Multi-Billion Dollar market and keep the Major Players in the dark as to How things are going to play out. It kinda makes things like Capital Expenditures and Compliance hard to do.

I would think the Big Joker in the Deck though would be What Happens if our friend Scott has to chuck all his stuff into a Cardboard Box in January of 2020?
Well, we know if the likes of the previous administration's FDA appointments get back in we can expect Deeming to pick up where they left it. RIP.

They went after them on the misbranding for looking like kids stuff. We all knew that was just asking for trouble and they got it.

I have a new startup in the works. I'll be producing and distributing Methylxanthine. It comes in the form of a white powder and can be added to your favorite food or drink. It's best used in the morning for a quick awakening when you are still drowsy from your evening of sleep. It's also a great pick me up for those early afternoons when you feel drowsy from that large meal you had for lunch. It's fantastic for college students who need to study for the next days final exam.

I'm Currently waiting for FDA approval. I'm hoping it comes through soon. I hope they don't ban it. That would turn this country upsidown. A good 90% of people would be up in arms. But if they ban it, oh well. I'll come up with something else.

Bill it as a nutritional supplement like Ginko and only claim it supports a healthy mind () and you're not subject to any scrutiny unless or until you sell it contaminated and killing people. You can thank Hatch of Utah for the do not regulate nutritional supplements regulation he pushed through for the big supplement manufacturers in Utah. That's why all those vitamins and supplements are sold all over without any evidence they work (or even contain what they claim).

If they don't contain what they claim, and you can prove it, then no special law is needed; that would be covered as plain old fraud.

Aww hell no. I wouldn't want to market it as some supplement. I'd want to market it as a pickmeup similar to the way Sears used to market ....... in the catalogs back in the 1800's and early 1900's. Then when it gets banned I'll watch and laugh when I see to look on everyone face as they watch all the Pete's and Starbucks close their doors and go out of business because Methylxanthine has been banned. Now that would be funny.

I wish they would secede already. I think if everyone took CA at their word, like you do with little kids sometimes so they can learn how dumb they are, the world would be a better place.

I also reluctantly hate Gottleib less than the prior lot. But, it's still tempered with a fair bit of hate. And also, if he is the kid with his finger in the dike, holding back what COULD happen to ecigs we are DOOMED. I started counting the equipment I would not own if deeming HAD gone through but I had to stop. It made me depressed.

No Sears was not the filtered word, it was whatever you said Sears was marketing.

OMG, I must have been losing my mind last night. You are right it wasn't the word Sears that got censored. It was the white powder stuff they used to sell in their catalogs wayyyyy back in the day. But hey, it was late and I was kind of brain dead. But, the reason I mentioned that is because someone told me that Sears used to sell it, but I didn't believe them. Then I went to my girlfriends grandmothers house. She had a big collection of old sears catalogs. Most of them were from the late 1800's and early 1900's. I don't remember exactly what year catalog I found it in. I went there way back in the eighties when I was a young man. But I found it and there it was staring me in the face. A kit, But this was a very special kit. One that was made for (other stuff). You got a nice little leather zipper pouch, a tiny little 1 gram glass container just big enough for a gram or two. and a little mirror. Just like the kind you could get in a head shop. Kind of cool. Or at least I though so at the time. Ha!

Hey hey hey Anna. Not all of us from California are freaky. Well, actually I may be freaky, but not in a political sense. I've always believed that everyone has the right live as they choose as long as they don't step on the rights of others to live as they choose. But for some reason I seem to be a member of a very small minority that shares that belief.

Here's a kind of funny story that my son told me today. He is an AV tech at a hotel with lots of conference rooms. Today he was setting up a room for some kind of Libertarian event. Then he told me that the guest list only had 16 people attending. Heck, I even went to a Libertarian event in San Francisco a few months ago. There were maybe 12 of us that attended. There are lots of Democrat conventions around here. But they seem to attract hundreds of people. There are even a lot of Republican conventions as well. They don't seem to attract as many people, but they still attract a lot.

And then there's silly old me. I grew up thinking that we lived in a free country. Man was I a fool. What they really mean is that you are free to do whatever you want as long as you live it they way they want you to live it. I guess my good old Libertarian party has too many freedoms. And for some reason that seems to be a line that neither Democrats or Republicans will cross. Oh well. Maybe in another life we will all have true freedom. But I will say that this is still absolutely the best country ever to live in. And if California ever secede, that will probably be the day I leave, even though I was born and raised here. People don't understand that there is strength in numbers.

Nah - they never sold anything like that. That'd be dangerous, and illegal.

Gotta get me some of that. Hell if I'm going to be addicted might as well be something that makes you feel high. Really can't see the diff between ...... and Ejuice. What happened to banning cigarettes, it kills more people then ejuice ever thought of.
