I saw some testing of the 2009 e-liquids (wasn't kept in a freezer, about 9 years past due date). They had 4 samples and 3 of the 4 were still vapable, one of which was even very good according to them. So I guess it's not a bad idea to make a long term investments in e-liquids and DIY ingredients.
I've been mixing DIY for years.

it stays in a liquid form in the freezer?

It gets thicker from the cold, kind of like honey. I broke my liters out into 250ml glass bottles for freezing. I keep one in the fridge for DIY. When I mix juice I just let the nic bottle sit in warm water for a few minutes to loosen up, use what I need and then back in the fridge. The rest of my 3 liters stays in the freezer.

Was just reading some posts, and thought I would add something, “organic” does not mean they do not use pesticides at all, it just means they can only use certain naturally occurring carbon based pesticides to retain the organic moniker. Also not all naturally occurring chemicals are something I want to vape, Anthrax is carbon based, organic, and occurs naturally in hoofed animals, just for example ;). Also here is an article I thought had good info on the subject. Cheers erybody. Organic Pesticides: Not An Oxymoron

I agree. My main concern is avoiding GM ingredients like soy, palm etc in VG. If you live outside the US this isn't an issue so much, afaik.

Humans are also carbon based! So let's hope we don't get the Soylent Green flavoured juice any time soon. lol

Thanks! I don't have a large collection of guitars, just my favorite models.

The pipettes I use are silicone tubes that work like a dropper. I usually use them for nic. For PG and VG I use clear condiment type squeeze bottles that I bought at Bed Bath and Beyond. Both work well with a bottle on a scale. I use a small wide mouth funnel for dispensing ingredients into the bottle. It hasn't happened to me in several years of DIY, but I suppose if you squeeze the bottles too hard the top could pop off. Go slow!

The pipettes are graduated to 3ml, but hold up to 5ml if you fill them completely, and come in packs of 100 for a few bucks. I get mine from Amazon.

Thanks, Dave. Aside from your guitars, you rock! :)

Beat me to it. Yup, most of the stuff out there that can hurt you, including the crap generated by burning tobacco, is organic.

I watched an old flick a while back (pre-code) where someone was murdered by our friend nicotine!
The way things are now it's like harm reduction imho, since it's impossible to avoid everything toxic

Gosh my son was obsessed with soylent for a while. I'm glad we are over that phase of life. LOL.

I have many liters of nic in my freezer, I'm content. For now. It's probably enough. We'll see.

I'm sorta regretting not buying more nic base since I only have a little more than 120 mls. I'm hoping that the Gov't will drag their feet with all this stuff. It's scary actually.

I went through a soy loving phase and got over it too. Lol
That movie makes me sweat thinking about it. Only 90% humidity here now. Sigh.

Oh, i bought an Aegis Mini last Monday and got the package yesterday. They sent me the Legend mod instead!! Wow! :)
200W is so much wattage though, not sure I'll ever use over 50-60. I wanted a small Indestructible Beast!!

Your new pic is really nice, btw. :)

I would normally say, "Well, time's a wasting!" but the next 3-4 months are a less than optimal tine to order nic base due to the heat it's likely to experience in transit to you.

I thought that it was pushed off for a couple years yet. (Panic attack time now.) Well, if SHTF with this, I do not have enough! And I don't want to be forced into cigarette slavery again!! I pretty much just quit smoking and got good enough vape gear so I can stay cig free for now, dammit.

And this weather here is so horrible. This whole thing bites!
Let's hope some sanity will prevail, but why should it?

Nothing is better than something because when they do something it usually means something bad.

Grid lock is my friend, I sleep better when neither party is in charge of the legislative branch. I like name calling from DC better than legislation (otherwise called "getting stuff done for the American people"). Sadly Congress has delegated law making to our real supreme overlords, the administrative branch over which we have no control. Then, of course, we have the federal judiciary about whom little good can be said. Can't vote either out; shooting 'em is a crime, so I just say, "Yes, Boss" and make make my own accommodation the best I can.

You Americans are so naive. The Real Supreme Overlords are the purveyors of lobbyists and dark money. The others are but employees...

Checks and balances. Checks and balances.

I wrote a check recently and it was an odd experience. The woman gave it back to me as a receipt. I was like, "????"

But yeah, even with a lot of nic, I just get these horrible shivery feelings sometimes.

Gridlock can be good, but then it's bad, expensive, etc. There's no fixing the thing I do not believe. Not at this point.
