Article about a father who bought his son a juul because he asked for one. Father is suing juul saying he didn't know it had nicotine. Dude, it says on the box, "Warning. Contains Nicotine. Nicotine is an Addictive Drug".

It's where he lives but his mentions must be the biggest dumpster fire on the planet, even before this. I doubt him, or anyone on his staff reads them. Just my guess. I still tweeted him anyways.
I suspect those that have pinned his sudden decision on Melania’s concerns about Baron and teen “vaping” are correct. Hard to come between a mama bear and her cub if there’s a perceived threat, real or not. She won’t let him back down.

I have been following all the news stories about this ban. One story I haven't seen brought up here yet was that the state of New Jersey is prohibiting retailers from discounting their inventory in the next month. Why is that?? They don't want vapers to stock up too much in the next month? They want them back on smokes sooner rather than later?

If they don't ban hard liquors and regular cigs first, all they say about "doing it to protect our youth" is just a bullsh@t. Like they don't know how many died resulting to drinking/smoking yearly compared to "vaping related" deaths, not even mentioning that if these vapers did vape normal juices (or used good batteries) that wouldn't happen.
Everyone's trying to "One up" each other now. Who can rid the world of evil vapes fastest? Such brave heroes.
It feels like I hear the debates have been going. You couldn't pay me... (I don't do debates or SOTU addresses, ever).
We all know it's bull, the truth just doesn't seem to matter as much as placing blame on an easy target that was already painted on ecigarette users back. If an effective solution to the youth addiction crisis were really the goal, social reform would be a more appropriate angle. Banning a product doesn't keep that product out of teens hands, it adds the allure of forbidden fruit. I see illlegal vaping becoming a form of rebellion, and from what I remember from being a teenager, that is very attractive. I hope not to see deaths and hospitalizations skyrocket when the black market explodes, but I'm not hopeful on that front. Then blame will then be placed on vaping/vapers again, even though faulty thinking of our lawmakers is really to blame. It's a vicious cycle, and it's not new. How many times must this insanity take place before we learn from our past, idk? Prepare for a rough ride.
