More than one bottle is allowed? Does it have to be labeled? Carry-on only?
You can carry multiple bottles,. I dont know know if there's a limit on the number of bottles of fluids, but extras can be checked and they are not limited in size. No labels are required. They will probably test the fluid. My contact solution has H2O2 and gave a mild positive reaction and it was banned.

Last time I checked you could carry as many bottles of anything as you can fit in a quart ziplock. There's a size limit for each bottle but I can't remember it. That's for carry on. I believe you can have as much as you want in checked luggage.

It's been a while though so it might have changed since I last travelled by air.

    Thank you! Junkie too. :)
If I can't drive, I no longer go.
Me either. Wife is going. Flying never made me feel secure but worse is the hassle of it all.

There was a time when I flew a lot - '87 through '92. I enjoyed it, the travel, the takeoffs, the mixing around the airports. Thanks to the so called "Patriot Act" and subsequent legislation, though I no longer had a job requiring travel after '92, if I did then I would hate that job.

    Thank you! Junkie too. :)

OK, so what are the rules for taking vape stuff on an airplane these days (mods, batteries, tanks, juice)? Their rules change every 3.47 minutes.
It's quite important that your mods either have been tested in the last 72 hours for virus contamination, or have been injected with gene therapeutic substances, and also must have a mini mask on the driptip.
It's to protect you and the rest of society from something which only is dangerous for about 2% of the population.
Thank God for the protection of our overseers.

I don't know about bottles, but reliable hearsay from a few years ago has it that batteries can not be in checked luggage. Not contradicting any part of your post, of course. Just a clarification that sounded true when I heard it.

Not unless the prepackaged seal hasn't been broken on them. I've had to throw away several batteries because part of the package was used. Or in the case of rechargeables (a pack of 4 that were put back into an opened package), they all had to be thrown away. I'm not entirely sure about cases though.

FYI...There are still a couple of vape lawsuits going on. They have both failed in the lower courts, but now have petitioned the Supreme Court to review their cases. I don't know if either case has much chance of being accepted by the court, but there are a lot of conservatives on the bench now.

Another Challenge to FDA Could Be Heard by the Supreme Court

Can you sum it up? What is the challenge and on what grounds is it based? And is there any chance that it will win?

Based on the Appointments Clause of the Constitution.
    Article II

Challenge is that the FDA exceeded it's delegated authority with the deeming of vapor products as tobacco products & issuance of subsequent regulations, arguing that only an officer appointed by the POTUS & confirmed by the Senate has the constitutional authority to issue such impactful regulation. A lower court ruled that the FDA's actions are constitutional because a constitutionally appointed officer ratified the deeming. The petition asks SCOTUS to review that ruling because the ratification didn't involve substantial reasoned decision-making.

imo, there's little chance the SCOTUS will review the lower court decision. If they do, there's a moderate chance they'll side with the petitioners. But i ain't no lawyer.
