You can carry multiple bottles,. I dont know know if there's a limit on the number of bottles of fluids, but extras can be checked and they are not limited in size. No labels are required. They will probably test the fluid. My contact solution has H2O2 and gave a mild positive reaction and it was banned.More than one bottle is allowed? Does it have to be labeled? Carry-on only?

Agreed. I haven't flown since they brought in the TSA Gropers.

It's quite important that your mods either have been tested in the last 72 hours for virus contamination, or have been injected with gene therapeutic substances, and also must have a mini mask on the driptip.OK, so what are the rules for taking vape stuff on an airplane these days (mods, batteries, tanks, juice)? Their rules change every 3.47 minutes.
More 18-24 year olds smoking = More 25+ year olds buying cigarettes, paying the taxes on them, and trying to quit with Big Pharma's products = Mission accomplished all around.

I don't know about bottles, but reliable hearsay from a few years ago has it that batteries can not be in checked luggage. Not contradicting any part of your post, of course. Just a clarification that sounded true when I heard it.Last time I checked you could carry as many bottles of anything as you can fit in a quart ziplock. There's a size limit for each bottle but I can't remember it. That's for carry on. I believe you can have as much as you want in checked luggage.
It's been a while though so it might have changed since I last travelled by air.

Can you sum it up? What is the challenge and on what grounds is it based? And is there any chance that it will win?FYI...There are still a couple of vape lawsuits going on. They have both failed in the lower courts, but now have petitioned the Supreme Court to review their cases. I don't know if either case has much chance of being accepted by the court, but there are a lot of conservatives on the bench now.
