GotVapes and RITCHY present the GotVapes STALLION™ Hybrid 510 Cartomizer - a unique, well-performing hybrid that features with less filler than a conventional filler carto, holds a whopping 2.2ml of ejuice in a top-coil design with an effective 2.0 ohm performance on a 3.0 ohm coil, thereby causing less battery drain and longer carto life. The STALLION™ is engineered for energy efficiency on the coils by utilizing a design that decreases temperature and liquid loss and provides improved airflow turbulence, all of this contributing to a delightful 2.0ohm effective performance!

  • 510 cartomizers at 3.0ohm with 2.0ohm performace
  • Top-Coil Hybrid with less filler than a conventional filler carto
  • After the pre-filled juice is exhausted you may remove the mouthpiece and fill with your favorite eJuice or we sell the same juice it was pre-filled with, in the LiQUA eJuice category.
  • On the pre-filleds you receive a 2PK of Your Favorite Flavor in a sealed bubble pack in one of two nicotine concentrations, and with each carto also sealed at the mouthpiece and connector end with a rubber condom.

Seems like there hasn't been much activity here lately.
Just wanted to chime in about these. I really think I get the best flavor from the juice I am using out of the stallion, vaping GV pear at the moment. I bought a saddle valve tool poked a couple of holes in it after I removed the sticker(came off ok, little time consuming, but not that difficult). I then installed it in the raven small tank, works very well, no leaks so far. I vape at 3.7 v. I am actually starting to prefer the stallion over the phoenix BC. The only drawback is they are not easy to clean, but at $2 each I may just dispose of it after it gunks up. I am ordering more.

Yep, I still have 17 of these I haven't even used yet. Love 'em. Peeling is a bit of a minor pita but then 2 larged punched holes, inserted in a decent tank and they work great. Clean them after every 3rd tank(SUB tank) and they seem to last pretty well. Presently have 4 of such going strong.

Danno, as I recall earlier in this thread, you mentioned you would be getting Stallions that were peeled, pre-punched and stainless. So what's the status and when will they be up? Someone said 90% filler reduced? Yes?

Thanks.

The original first 2 have now completed 5 weeks and are still performing well...2 other ones are 3 weeks and looking good being used in rotation with the first 2...the only thing I'm finding is that it takes quite a bit of time for dry burning...perhaps its because I clean 2 at a time once a week. The 5th one out of the box turned out to be a dud...I'm also hoping danno can get the stainless in...hate to strip these darn "horses".

I need to catch up wth our guy, they are def workgin on something, they are extremely quality conscious--thanks for the reminder...

I don't know how much more they can go filler free...I think the 80-90% on their part was ambitious to say the least--when they started testing it enmasse they found them leaking too much. As is it they seem to be working well fo rmost as they are so I hate to have them attempt anything radical.

We'll see...

Well, first off, I think the filler is just fine at the level it is presently. IT WORKS. Any possible filler taste is completely negligible compared to the Smoktek and/or Boge cartos filler taste issue, in my opinion. I hope they don't "fix it". I very very seldom have dry hits nor gurglies if I but use a little care filling. I'm care ful to not over fill the tank so as not to flood the coil, a simple visual check does it for me.

The stainless steel(non-wrapper) and pre-punched would be a handy thing. They work so well I will continue to use them anyway.

Do you guys take out the filler to dry burn? Never heard of a dry burn being done on a fillered carto before.

Me personally, I soak 'em assembled in PGA in my ultrasonic tank. Then I run the ultrasonic about 2-3 minutes, then flush the filler section with a syringe and PGA. I try to catch the PGA so's not to waste. I try to get all the PGA out, economics, I'm cheap. Then I let 'em dry overnight. I dry burn 'em a bit and that's about it. Back in a tank, fill, make sure filler is wet, prime, drag a couple of times(no power), hit the switch and go.

Rver probably does a much better job and, no doubt, his will last much longer.

I doubt that DODARI lol...here's what I do...soak them in vodka over nite and then let them dry all day and then go thru about the same as you do...about the dry burn...I hit the button for 5 seconds about 10 times, sometimes less. I have no idea if I'm doing it right or not but it seems to work for me. I agree with you on the stainless...I hope they leave the damn things alone unless they are sure after testing that it will help...the only other thing I would rather have no prepunched holes because they always seem to punch them a little to high. I can punch the holes at the very lowest point with my $7.00 saddle valve...to each his own I guess...Tonight starts my 6th week with the first 2, the other 2 are doing well also but they have only been performing for a couple of weeks or so...I'll probably give an updae next week. I hope they get the stainless "horse's" in soon. I'm also still using the sub tanks...can't seem to wear them out LOL...that's it for now, time for bed.

5-6 weeks is pretty impressive, plus economical I think.

On a re-think, I think letting us do our own punching probably would be good, that way we can pick the height above the base. Having them in Stainless would be nice though. I now punch 3 holes, fairly large but not to the point of deforming the outer shell which makes getting inserted into the caps difficult if too much. Seems to feed well. Pleasant th, vapor and Flavor these, imo.

I actually got around to dragging out my 'Rotary Tool' and cut a couple of slots in a Stallion before popping it in a Big Daddy Tank - what a difference ;)
Clouds of Vapour and Flavour - and the top is staying wet too - best carto in a tank so far!

Would like to see these in Stainless - and maybe a smaller version to fit in a Lil Moma Tank - standard carto tank (and preferably a 3.5ml)!

In my dry burning, I've only had one cart that the black gunk would not come off the coil no matter how long I burned it...so I slapped it in a tank and its doing well even though I was unable to get the coil to glow clean...perhaps I waited to long (1 week) for cleaning on these stallions...but in my over 2 yrs of vaping this is the first one that I could not clean properly...figure that one out...I agree, leave the filler alone, just clean it and don't attempt to pull it out for any reason. I have to wonder if PGA would do a better job then vodka??? Are you able to get the glow back on the coil DODARI, the way you use PGA???

Just figgered out how to do multi-quotes. This modern computer stuff never ceases to terrify (I mean amaze) me.

I use the PGA instead of Vodka or Gin to avoid possibility of sugaring things up, granted there probably isn't that much sugar in those, I dunno. I try to save all the PGA I can because it is expensive, even getting it in Juarez, Sonora, Mejico. Then we(U.S.) tax hell out of it when it comes across. My "mule" knows how to duck that. The PGA being 90-95%, I just figger it dries out faster, hopefully.

After a day of drying I try to glow the coil and then use a little typewriter brush that I've narrowed down a bit and try to give the coil a bit of a whisk, tap out whatever crud comes out and then go for it. Never get a lot of crud particles out, only a few. I never mess with the filler, never. My #4 cleaned yesterday morning, then blown out, and drying now for 24 hours, I wasn't able to actually see a glow through the steam(vape)(about 8-10 short bursts) so I went ahead put it in a tank, filled and vaping it now. Seems ok, who knows how long.

edit...perhaps your method is better and you can dryburn a lot faster...intresting I would say.

Well I don't know, maybe. I'm moving to a heavier Naturally Extracted Tobacco ejuice that may gunk up the innards more. Time will tell. Still and all, I get a good th , nice cloud of vape and especially decent flavor from these. So, I have stocked up pretty well and when and if the corrected Ravens come back I will kick back, watch folk's reports and then maybe get some of those, maybe. No more panic purchasing. Let the young'ns sort it out. Fun to watch.;)

dodari...sounds as though both of us are having the same results with both methods. The one thing that you mentioned about the brush I have never tried, looks like a good idea. This old brain does not function like years ago (81) I seem to learn something new all the time. By the way, my wife and I every summer, take our motorhome to the San Diego area to visit our son and his family and we always make sure to take the southern route thru your state and Arizona...those 2 are our favorite traveling states...how about sending some of your beautiful sceanery up to northern ohio...you may send it first class LOL
