The Ares is 24 mmWhat diameter are the zenith and ares tanks?
The Zenith is 24mm in this particular kit. There is also a 22mm version coming (tank alone and kit)
The Ares is 24 mmWhat diameter are the zenith and ares tanks?
Not for the Zenith, it is meant for easy coil changing MTL tank. The Ares is a rebuildable.I have a good feeling about those coils. The new kroma colors look really good.
Any chance there will be rebuildable coils for the zenith?
We actually had originally planned that but with shipping and transport the concern was that the coil might in some way "loosen" or move and moreover touch the deck and short out giving the new user a bad experience. Hence why we have 2 premade coils already in the package and the QR code a new user can scan that shows how to easily install it.Can never have to many colors, a yellow Ares would look awesome on black kroma
I have more of a suggestion than a question, not sure workable in manufacturing but as the Ares is also directed at new builders, how about a coil already installed in it? Be great for someone who never built a RTA to try it straight out of the box.
Wow - I am not huge into contests but I jumped at this --- super nice looking. Color coordination in 3 of my most used colors with purple as my all time favorite with the red a close second. Those are my lipstick colors. I vape fairly low wattage at around .5. Folks frequently notice what I am vaping -- probably because I nearly always have it in hand -- so I'd be a great walking billboard....
I've not used mesh coils yet so my questions are
-- Do mesh coils last a lot longer than the standard coils we are used to?
Our testing has seen at least 50% more longevity than the regular coils in this particular tank
--Do you think mesh coils will be the next big thing in the industry?
Yes it just makes sense, the surface area heats evenly, the flavor is improved and so is the longevity of the coils (liquid dependant of course)
-- Any special care or technique required to successfully use mesh coils, or is it just put on and vape?
They seem to kick it right out of the box cutting down the break in time. Just put it in, prime and vape.
Great contest with a ton of prizes - hope I win it all!
Good Luck

Phil's tan does not count?
I absolutely don't and never used them to be honest. I always dripped in a 510 atty or HH357. Me and carto tanks never got alongOk Phil and Dimitris, be honest ... don't you really just miss carto tanks?
The Italian stallion is stacked. I would have no chanceIf Roman wrestling in a bathtub full of Jell-O ,which of the two of you would be victorious
More is better with the Ares. Try adding more cotton. The feeding channels are huge. Also spitting some times comes from the liquid sitting on the coil meaning its overfeeding.I have an Ares and a Zenith. Can't wait to try the Plexus coils. If my Ares is spitting at me, does that mean I don't have enough wick in it? I use Rayon and I love the flavor from my Ares.
No, the Zenith is 24mm. However the newest one coming the 22mm will. Can Zenith fit on iStick Pico 75?
Replacement coil tanks always outsell RTAs. The Zenith has done very well!Okay, here’s a question for Phil and Dimitris:
Which has been more popular, in terms of sales, the Ares or the Zenith?
This new mesh coil looks really interesting, btw.
And Thank You for the chance to win.
Vaping is here to stay. However the way we vape might change if the powers to be in the USA get their way. I believe we will get some sort of relief as more science is building our case so we continue the fight to educate and advocate.Phil and Demitris, where do you see vaping in two years time? Will it be more accepted or further demonized?
Coil life depends alot on liquid. We have reports of coils lasting 3 weeks with non sweetened liquids. In general our rule of thumb is 7-10 days, and that is what we are getting with our liquids.I've always been interested in the Zenith tank and love how the tank closes the liquid off when refilling. How long do the coils last and can they be rebuilt?
Absolutely, keep in mind MTLers are usually not loud and public with their vape as sub ohmers are. There is a huge market! Sometimes (most times) we just dont see themThanks for the contest!
My question, and maybe I'm just out of touch but, is there a decent sized market for a MTL device ?
Not particularly. Think of the same type of feeding as the Nautilus.I want to know if this is a juice sucker?
I have some tanks that can go through a 30 ml bottle of juice in 2 days while others can last almost a whole day on 1 tank.........
The Plexus attempts to bring a warmer, saturated vape with longer lasting coils to the MTL crowd. Usually these type of coils are marketed and sold to subohm vaping. The coil although lower in resistance works great at 14-19 watts. We are really impressed with the performance and happy MTLers get another choice from the usual.Phil and Dimitris,
Can you tell us more about the new "Plexus Z coil" for mouth to lung, and the "upgrades to the Zenith tank" ?.

No just your average MTL coil tank. think Nautilus.I have 2 Ares tanks and would love to get a new kit, Iv'e heard the plexus coil will last a very long time, is this a thirsty tank for juice?
In our testing at least 50% more than the regular coils. How long are the new coils expected to last?
Results expected within the next few weeks and will be available for everyone. This looks like a great out-and-about setup. I’m curious about how the mesh coils vape.
Question for Phil & Dimitris: What is the status of the flavors in vaping study? Will we be able to see the write-up?
We have tightened up the air flow ring and installed a thicker silicone gasket in the cap for better seal. Also we probably would have liked to been in the initial production run in China to QC better. There were some errors done in the manufacturing process (not design). The new colors have the new improvements done. Thanks for the contest! My question for Phil & Dimitri: If you had to do it all over again, is there any feature on the Ares that you would have done differently (and why)?
