Don't feel stupid you learn like we all did by asking.

Your ohms are dictated by your coil head. They can only be changed by replacing that with another, or of course rebuilding yourself. The volts or wattage can be changed by holding the P button until P whatever number shows up and continually pressing until you get to a wattage you like the same applies for voltage via the U button.

One doesn't effect the other, as in whichever one you set last is what the device will be running. Wattage and voltage run independently not together. Hope that helped and wasn't too confusing

Thank you, yes that helps.

Well if you increase either the wattage or voltage they will change. Higher voltage means higher wattage, lower wattage equals lower voltage.

thank you. i feel stupid but how do i change ohms? whats a good number?

I think you meant watts. But with either watt or volts "a good number" for you (or anyone else) would be to start the lowest setting and increase by the next increment until it vapes good to you.
However when it tastes burnt, too hot or 'weird', you should decrease the setting a few notches.

Have fun exploring!

Don't be mean, but I have some top coil clearos that I really love. I find that it is hard to tip and twirl w/ the MVP2 so I now have only DBC toppers earmarked for my MVP2.
Glad I have the little brothers.
I now own 3 of each. I have NO self control and, now, I have no money. LOL

I just twist my wrist to the side, almost looks debonaire. From a T-2 daily vaper.

That's what I would have thought... but the description specifically states that it is a clear printed wrap, and only for the silver/chrome version of the MVP.

Didn't click the linky. Sounds like they know what they are saying. In fact J-Wraps definitely knows what they are doing :) I wouldn't risk it.

I like these! The Vape-A-Vet USA model is my favorite but they are all sweet.

Anybody owned one of these for a few months or so? I'm wondering if they get loose over time. Also wondering if the VV/VW buttons are still easy to access with the edge of the cover sitting right next to them.

I searched the thread for loose button and came up with this post. Ive had mine for about a month and my v button is loose. It's still fully functional and isn't a huge deal, was just curious if anyone else experienced this and is it fixable?

For whatever it's worth, both my vv and vw buttons rattle a little. They rattled when I received the MVP brand new. They only rattle a little bit and I don't really see it as a problem. The firing button, on the other hand, is tight as a drum.

I'm almost scared to admit this right now because I've only taken 3 hits from it so far, but the REO mini isnt a different hit than I get with my 2 MVPs!!! I hope this changes though since it cost so much more!!! Dang it! OK just compared again I was wrong LOL

I still like MVPs too though ;)

Thinking of buying one from fast tech - did anyone do this and get the genuine product? Also thinking of buying from a UK official seller - did anyone find a seller that includes the innokin scratch card to verify it's genuine on their website (and it worked)?

I got my V1 from them. They are genuine but here in the states, we can get them almost as cheap locally and not have to deal with the fastech drama.

I am the absolutely last guy you want to ask about Fasttech. I purchased two "authentic" Protank Mini (v1) and they were complete crap. Both tanks had cracked within 3 weeks, one within 36 hours. 2 of the 4 heads included in the tanks were garbage with wicking issues and dry hits, etc.

I honestly thought that KangerTech was overrated because I had assumed they had crappy quality control.

I later ordered authentic Kanger products from an authorized Kanger reseller and discovered what everyone was raving about.

Innokin and Fasttech are in a pissing contest. Depending on who you believe, Fasttech is either selling counterfeit product, or Innokin is guilty of price fixing and is calling out Fasttech by name because they won't sell at manufacturers suggested retail.

If I had not had the experience I had with the Protanks, I would just say that Innokin is trying to protect their higher priced retailers from the rockbottom prices that Fasttech is selling these at.

But since I had this issue with the protanks, and I notice that Fasttech has a very disturbing habit of photoshopping all references to the original manufacturer, but still use the word "authentic" to describe the product makes me leery of purchasing anything else from them, especially if I am supposed to plug it in.

Either way, there is a good bet that you will NOT get a scratch card from a Fasttech purchased Innokin product.

The poster is in the UK, which is why he is in a quandery. Many of the vendors in the US will not ship internationally. For international vapers, Fasttech is one of the few places that have rock bottom prices and international shipping. It is a tempting combination.

I had a bad experience with them, but for some people they may be the only thing they have available. I would try to find an authentic Innokin reseller in the UK though. If you go to the Innokin facebook page, then you can find a list of resellers by region. This might help you find a reseller that you know is selling authentic product.
