I clicked on the link. I had to laugh at the classy signage they have above the MVP in the Photo:laugh: Dosen't mean any thing but I found it kind of funny. Good price. You can get them right around $40 delivered if you hit the right deals.

Seems like all the 40.00 deals are out of stock.

You got me to jump on that one .... when I hit "checkout" and saw a $10.00 shipping I pulled back. ~ $33.00 for a V1 or ~$40.00 for a V2 delivered. For the extra $7.00, I think I would rather have my back up with an ohm meter. Lowest price I've ever seen though.

It also ships from China, Keep that in mind too.

Here is a link to the bravest of all MVP owners. The wrath shall be upon him and his children. Blasphemer!

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/general-e-smoking-discussion/538772-i-have-provari-mvp.html

I own both as well. And I can comfortably say that each one has it's merits.

My MVP2's are my day to day daily drivers. I use one on the road, when I go to work, when I go out to dinner, when I travel. I don't desire to risk a 180.00 mod out and about. It's form factor is perfect for being out and about as well. I have a phone charger in my car, so I can charge my MVP2 on a moments notice or even while driving. I rotate between two of them to make each one last longer.

If I lose one, or something happens, I will put an order for a replacement within 24 hours...It's that essential to me.

The problem is, the MVP2's WILL eventually die. They will simply not last 4 to 5 years that the ProVari's have. That's fact.

My ProVari's are a different story. They are my at home vape. I love them. They are solid, they perform even better than an MVP. With a kayfun, I can't think of a better vape. smooth, consistent. beautiful. They are also repairable. Assuming the vapocalypse doesn't happen soon I can get it repaired. And if it does happen, I know I can get 4 or more years from one without worrying about it dying on me. Other than an actual mechanical mod, my ProVari's are the closest thing I have to an insurance policy that I know of.

I hope the MVP model line continues. I love everything about them. But it's nice to know that even if or when I can no longer get an MVP, I've got two ProVari's waiting for me when I get home.

If it were not for the great people on this site and this thread in particular, I may have stayed with my EVOD for a lot longer. It does a good job, but nothing like the MVP2. I use my EVODs as my back ups now.

Same. I bring my MVP 2 to work and what not, the EVOD will come with me when I'm going clubbing and what not.

I have 2 mpv and just purchased a provari. One of those impulse buys, because I really didn't need it. Once batteries are fully charged, I'll learn the button menu. That said, I still use a few ego tanks and unless I purchase an adapter, that is out with the pro, but not the mvp. For the price and features of the mvp, it cannot be denied that it is a great device for us newcomers. It helped me understand ohms law, sweet spots and what resistance I need to build coils. And as far as checking your coil, the mvp is hands down a better method than the prov.

Be advised the Provari cult monitors all threads. You too sir are now on the list!

I've noticed the same thing. Things just don't seem to taste as good on ego batteries!

My wife vapes an evod on a c-twist. I get the twists from FT.

I got this to check the output and the c-twists' outputs vary from the markings.

It's a lil overpriced for what it is @ $16 but it's worth it to me.
$16 = 2 packs of cancersticks so less than 2 days' smoking.
and what the hell, Eric at DV is good people doing good work.

I vape my DIY for a month for less than the price of 1 day smoking. 1 day.
I used to gauge prices in terms of a case of beer, a quart of Jack black or a bag of...um, dried vegetables.

Now I gauge them in terms of days or weeks of smoking and have a ton more $$ to decide with :)

Have a question. What is the highest mA output charger you can safely use on the MVP???

I use an Anker charger with 2-2.1A, 1-1.3A and 2-1A ports. My MVP2 charges fine on ALL the ports.

The MVP2 draws IN the current (the charger does NOT push OUT the current.)

Amazon.com: Anker® 25W 5-Port Family-Sized Desktop USB Charger Travel Power Adapter for iPhone 5s 5c 5; iPad Air mini; Galaxy S5 S4; Note 3 2; Tab; Nexus and More: Cell Phones & Accessories

I meant more reputable eBay vape sellers.

ENERGY MVP2...$42.95...FREE shipping. At present they only seem to have the Petal and New Wave in stock...but these are the "prettiest" ones anyway. (I have one of each)
