For testing juices I use these 510 Bridgeless Atomizer - Stainless - 2.4ohm
Since I know NOTHING about atomizers besides you use them for dripping, would you say the flavor is accurate? Is there a learning curve to using them? Is this one a good one for a beginner? Thanks.

Hey everyone,
I have decided my first mod is going to be the MVP2.

I love having options so had thought I would buy a few more tanks to have so I could have variety. What tanks would everyone recommend I get ?

Also, since I have not had VV, would you recommend I get different Ohms coils?

without having to commit it to a tank so am looking to get an atty and drip tip.

Any other input for a newbie would be great, also. Thanks in advance.

hi lindsay1126, welcome to ECF

nice job going with the MVP, your gonna love it even more after you get it and get familar with it...

can only reccomend clearo's for it that I like and use, and I prefer the kanger bcc (bottom coil)
- Kanger ProTank
- Kanger eVod Clearomizers
- Kanger T3s/Mini T3s/MT3s

sure, you'll have to try the diff coils and see which you prefer... {1.8-2.2-2.5} etc.

then just to be sure you don't have troubles making some devices 'fire'
one of these in your collection is a precautionary measure
- Adapter - 510 Battery to eGo Cartomizer

Vape≈Happy :)

The flavor on a dripping atomizer will be amazing compared to a clearomizer. They give a really good clear flavor, personally I use the HH 357 low res long barrel atomizer which is rather expensive at $21 but it's been working great for 8 months now!:)

There is a slight learning curve on dripping attys but you will get the hang of it fairly quick. The best part is you can clean it out and test another flavor in less then a minute

It was almost 24hrs exactly for me from the time I ordered till I got the shipping notice from 101. I ordered around 10:30pm on Monday night when I seen they were back in-stock and around 11pm last night I got the email saying it shipped.

Thanks Reap- Just noticed it moved from " payment received" to "Preparation in progress". Goody, goody, goody, goody!

I do love a warm vape, but will have to give a bottom coil a try just to see. Probably would be good with minty vapes though. Thanks for the quick response.

If you like a warm vape then the Iclear16 is real warm and Oh what a mouthful. I personally like the kanger T2 the best. Nice warm vape with a good sized tank but I do need to use a 510-ego connector with my mvp. The connectors are real cheap and you should pick one up for your MVP. Some times some clearo's dont always want to play well and the connector brings them around.

So I was under the assumption that it was a 510 connection. Sorry if am wrong, as I am new to all normal connections as I don't have any. I love my halo but hate the limitations. What do you mean by they don't play well. Can someone give me a link to one of those connectors? I am planning to buy from MBV as I live in WA and usually get my stuff within a day. It doesn't specify which tank comes with it so I am not sure. I guess I should shoot them an email and ask.

I have decided my first mod is going to be the MVP2. I have done tons or research and think this will be my best choice.
Obviously most of us think you've made a good choice. ;)

I have a Triton I have NO tanks that will fit. I love having options so had thought I would buy a few more tanks to have so I could have variety. What tanks would everyone recommend I get?
I like bottom coil clearomizers, so I'm in favor of the Protank 2 or Mini Protank 2. Evods perform great, but the plastic is limited.

The MVP comes with a top coil clearo, so that will provide the alternative clearomizer experience. You may also want to try out a carto tank?

Also, since I have not had VV, would you recommend I get different Ohms coils?
Because the MVP is VV/VW, you can probably get the vape you want regardless whether you choose a 1.5 coil or a 2.5 coil.

Check out of the many, many versions of this chart. Imagine you've been using a 1.8 ohm coil and discover that you enjoy the vape you get at 3.4 volts. What if the only replacement coil you have is 2.5 ohms? No problem. Just set the volts around 4 or the watts around 6.5 and you should get a very similar experience.

Since I know NOTHING about atomizers besides you use them for dripping, would you say the flavor is accurate? Is there a learning curve to using them? Is this one a good one for a beginner? Thanks.
If you haven't already done so, check out the Ocelot's guide to dripping. :)

The MVP does have 510 connection but some times there are air flow or connection problems with certain clearo's. In the case of my T2's I don't get a good air flow so I add the adapter. They are inexpensive and handy things to have in your kit.

MBV has them here: Adapter - 510 to Ego - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes

and cover it with one of these to look smooth:Ego Shorty Cone - Mt Baker Vapor - Electronic Cigarettes

Nice I just googled that, had never heard of Pinterest before. Seems like a very cool site and something better than loosing bookmarks do to not being able to remember where they are.........lol
I've found that people use Pinterest in a variety of interesting ways. Some of my friends use it to "pin" exercise routines or craft project ideas. Others use it to "pin" clothes in styles they like (I had no idea my brother-in-law was so interested in Steampunk). I use mine mostly for architectural porn, vaping information, and beer reviewing. Okay, so I am loving my MVP2 like I have loved no other PV - not even a Provari that I sold after 2 weeks of fumbling with because I continually set off the menu each time I took a longer toot. My dilemma is trying to find a perfect topper for the MVP2 so it can be the stealth machine that I can carry with me everywhere. AGA T2 is a rocket launcher on it, CE4s stick out like a sore thumb, Boge carto tanks are just too big. I've got an iGo L and an iGo W, but they don't hold enough juice for me... I have an iATTY in glass coming in, I had the polycarb and I set it down and woke to find it split from top to bottom with juice everywhere :/

What about this topper? The IBTanked 19mm HalfLing. I'd need to hunt shorty cartos which hasn't been very easy so far. They don't even mention the ml of the tank, but... it's a squirt :/ How do you think it's look on a MVP2? I guess I better put an iGo on it when I get home and see what it's look like.

KTS (GG clone) in 350 mode + IBTanked 19mm HalfLing… this combo is tiny.

Since I want to get something locally so I can have it in my hands tonight, and I'm still a noob, I need to ask about device compatibility.

The cord that comes with the MVP allows up to 5.5V/500mAh. But let's say I'm getting a wall plug with its own cord such as the one above. Some of these are labeled with volts and amps, like the cord the MVP came with or the charger above, but many are labeled only in watts (5W, 10W, etc.). What's compatible with the MVP? I don't want to kill it, but I don't want it to take for-freaking-ever to charge, either. :)

Just got an MVP2 in today, comming from a Darwin I have owned for over 2 years, loving it so far.

Initial thoughts;

It is a little bigger then I thought it would be.

I think the button is perfect, I like the amount of pressure required, not to much, not to little, just right.

I got the pack that came with 2 iClear16's, I have not been a fan of topcoil tanks in general, much prefer bottom coil, I guess these are kind of a little of both, as it appears one of the two coils is at the bottom of the tank, and ones at the top, but both are fed with long wicks as far as I can tell.

They seem to be working pretty well, but I still prefer the taste of a BCC, call me crazy.

Liking it so far!

Maybe I'm confused but the MVP comes threaded for 510 and Ego clearomizers. I use my ProTank 2 which is a 510 and my Evods and ProTank mini's which are eGo threads. The MVP 2 comes with a beauty ring so when using a 510 such as the ProTank 2 it looks like a nice fit. With the Evod's and Min ProTanks they screw down flush on the MVP.
