Thank you

I found them with some searching. I actually like the T3S on my MVP better than most of the cheaper options. A removable drip tip though would be nice.

I really liked the iClear30 (although the draw is tight) that came with both my MVPs but i got two iClear16s to test and hated them. I even tried the i30 wick and it still is like trying to suck ice cream through a straw. Stock i16 wicks/coils had dry hits with 70PG/30VG, 60/40 and 50/50 no matter how low/high i set the MVPs. I even checked to make sure the white cone that covers the wicks is on correctly and not choking the wicks.

The iClear30 wicks are much better in the Iclear16 but it is still way too tight of a draw for me. I even tried them without being on the MVP and i got the same results. Occasionally i find the problem is in poor machining of the vent holes in the eGo collar and i open them up. Sometimes a 510-eGo adapter solves the problem too.

Ive got a small drill bit and plan on opening up the hole in the "white cone" that covers the wicks. IMO this is why the draw is so tight on the i16/i30 coils but i may be wrong. Ive got a spare from a dead coil to test my theory.

Thanks again for your response

There are slots on the bottom of the I-16's, this is where the air is drawn. A small file can make quick work of them. Also do not overfill the I-16's. It's very easy to do.

I tried two of them without even putting them on the MVP. With and without any juice. There should have been no restrictions except internal restrictions. The only thing that is obvious is the tiny hole in the top of the cone (wick cover). It seals against the drip tip. If i remove the cone and reassemble the iClear30 i get a near perfect draw.

The excessive restriction must be in the white cone if that is the only thing i changed.

Im going to try and modify one later on my iClear30. I gave away both iClear16s to a friend in need. He does not mind the tight draw and wanted a top fill clearo. He called today and is very happy with them on a cheaper eGo type battery.

ATM im enjoying some plain 1.7ohm XL cartos i filled using the "condom" method. I filled a few up to compare them to my T3S and Pro Tanks with my favorite juices. The MVP V2 is rocking at only 6.5watts and the flavor is excellent but i still think the PTs have an edge with my Icy Mint. The MVP V2 seems to vape great with nearly anything ive tried even at only 7 watts and no higher than 2.5ohm coils.

I have a MT3S that wont fire because the knurled base is too long. It hits the beauty ring threads before making a connection. I added a 510-eGo adapter and it worked great even with the beauty ring installed. Im not familiar with the Vision V v1 but the center pin in the coil might be too short. Some people pull that pin down and it solves the problem.

Just got my iTaste 2 at a local vape shop today, and I'm completely blown away. I put my eVod clearo I had on my eGo C-twist on it first thing, cranked up the voltage/wattage a bit and BOOM I can not believe the way it breathed new life into it! Then, when I got home, I broke out one of the iClear 16s that came with it, filled it with Cookies and Screams liqiud from Mountain Oak Vapors, and the vapor knocked my head off! And the draw is so effortless and smooth. WOW! All I can say is going from an eGo to this thing is a giant leap. I guess I'm still in shock. Lol. :vapor:

I got the blue one. They had the white and black ones also, but I decided on the blue. Looked cool, I thought.

I've had my mv2 a little over a week now. The battery life is amazing! Went camping and it lasted a good day and half with heavy use and an almost-full charge! It hits pretty well with my protank 2 and mini 2! The juice used was mostly a 50/50 blend.. Just removed that rubber thing on the coil head and was hitting like a champ.. With that rubber thing on,, juice wouldnt wick fast enough and end up with burnt, poopy taste lol. i love this thing!

I just got an MVP 1.5 today! I love this thing! So awesome.
Thanks to tstar for the bottom button fix!
Next step: Better tank setup! (Currently using the included iClear 16s.)

I'm claiming my membership. Twins! I missed my MVP 2.0 waaaaaaay too much during the four to five hours it took to recharge it... so, I ordered a second one. The staying power and performance of these boxy little vaping machines is phenomenal. I'm thrilled! :D

I got my MVP 2 today! I immediately topped off the charge, once it stopped charging I put my MIni PT 2 on it and haven't stopped vaping since. About 4-5 tanks later and it has only gone down .2 volts! Amazing battery! Thanks for all the great info in this thread, I was able to make a great buying decision based on it!

wow great !

the MVP Army continues to flourish

hope all enjoy their little box of wonders...

UPDATE:

While I'm stoked and waiting on my v2 to be delivered, I'm nervous at the same time. I did purchase 3 protank 2's and love them. My hesitation with the v2 is mounting. I'm worried that 6 watts will be too much for the pt2's. When I use my Vamo v5, my sweet spot is currently 4.5w (5-5.5w when drinking :) ) anything higher and I get a burnt taste. Thoughts?
