Happy New Year, everyone.

I've done several searches trying to find information about this, and I seem to be coming up pretty much empty handed. I'm not really a newbie (and I have computer research skills!), and it frustrates me when I can't find what I think is really basic information!

Love, love, love my MVP2, but don't love the iClear 30 that came with it. I want to love it. Even before buying the MVP2, I came very close to buy a couple of these. At the moment, I'm glad I didn't bother--and I'm glad I didn't bother buying more spare coils for it.

First, let me say that I'm a big believer in cleaning out new tanks before using them--and I did this with the included iClear30. I know a lot of people don't do this, but I just don't completely trust things to be completely clean when they arrive from the factory (I also wouldn't eat off a new dish without washing it--seems like a good analogy to me). I mention that I cleaned this first because I would expect that the cleaning would improve potential problems. When I first filled it, after letting it sit for quite a while, nearly every hit was a dry hit. I'm tilting, and twirling, and this shouldn't be a problem with wicking. . . I finally decided to let it sit overnight. It was moderately better the next day, although I was still getting dry/burned hits especially if I was vaping quite a bit.

I know that most people like this tank. So what I'm looking for are some tips about using it to prevent these problems.

I'm beginning to believe tanks have a magical quality that depends on the individual user. I love using my T3Ss for a daily vape and have 2 iClear30s that came with my MVR and 134. To me they're both junk. I've tried dry burning, cleaning, full tank, half full tank, etc. they always taste and draw like crap. It's. Strange think because I can't figure why they seem to work so well for others.

I wonder what MVP owers vape.. recently I am really concerned about all 'diacetyl' issues in e-juices..
I read a few of vaperite juices have it in them according to vaperite website. Most of my juices are coming from Highbrow (their site states 'diacetyl free').
But.. just feel insecure about these juices... since all we got is 'words' from vendors..

Omg... Im rolling on the floor over this post! You made my night... A rock concert under your desk. That is bad a**....thanks for sharing!!!
I have never noticed anything like that with mine. My wife uses an EVOD on an unregulated ego battery. It is a little harder to pull air through, but I find that it produces much less vapor than my MPT2s. I get nice, tasty, thick clouds with all 4 of my MPT2s. When I draw through them I don't suck on them real hard, I just touch the opening to my lips and draw lightly.

If I weren't at work, I would try to get a photo for you. I've been vaping at my desk at work for 2 months, and nobody has noticed so far. I don't want to draw undue attention taking flash photos. I do love how exhaled vapor stays put where you exhale it. It looks like a rock concert under my desk right now... ;)

Do you vape popcorn flavored ejuice or any ejuice with a "buttery" flavor?

ECBlends claims all of their juices are diactyl free. But one thing to remember is that people don't put diacetyl in e-juice just because they can.... It has to serve a purpose.

If you vape an e-juice that has a buttery or pastry type flavor, then it might be a good idea to ask the vendor. If you are not vaping anything like butterscotch, or similar flavors then I wouldn't worry about it.

...

I sent vaperite an email asking if their famous VR4(organic RY4) has diacetyl in it since the description states "tobacco flavor with a hint of caramel and vanilla". The "caramel and vanilla" part worries me a bit. Yet to have their reply. I will update here once I have an answer from them.

My two main daily vapes I mix myself (chocolate mint, and peach mango), but I do occasionally pick up a small bottle of pre-made juices for a change of pace (usually from DIY Flavor Shack).

What mix of chocolate mint do you use? The mix ratio and # of extra shots? I'm using a 65pg/35vg, 24mg and no extra shots from MBV, and it could definitely use some more flavor. The MVP really allows you to taste the flaws in juices. If I knew a better mix, I might get a BIG bottle of it.

Now you all have me wondering how the evod compares to the T3s tanks. Tried the protank and protank 2 mini. I settled on the T3s for capacity, smallish size, and seemed more consistent.

I own 3 evods, 3 t3s and I prefer the t3s. Evod is a bit tighter stock for stock but I don't notice much if any difference in the taste dept between the two. I graduated from the evod to the t3s/mt3s due to capacity as well, 1.5ml just doesn't last that long.

Mine finally arrived! I'm officially the proud owner of an MVP 2.0! What a huge upgrade to my vaping experience!

Turns out my lack of performance with my mini PT2 was all crappy battery related! It read out at 2.5 ohms, so that was the difference between it and my Evod. So far I'm running in VW mode, seemed pretty sweet at 8.5W.

hey that's GREAT !!

hope you enjoy your new wonderful device... :toast:
