sorry herb I'd seen you had asked about a dripper than posted that bcc, just wanted to clarify.

if you want a nice bcc here's 2 that I use and they are glass so no worries about tank cracking juices and you can clean them easily

I'm interested in these Hypertanks (I think one like the one at your link would look great on my MVP when it gets here), but information about them is kind of sketchy. I've seen a lot of conflicting opinions and reviews. Some people seem to love them and others seem to have nothing but troubles. I wonder if it's just a quality control issue at manufacture or if it's more of a user/technique issue. I can deal with the latter, but if quality is an inconsistent hit and miss sort of deal maybe I should take a pass.

I would appreciate more insights, opinions or links if you, Shadav, or anybody else has any.

I use the i30 "almost" exclusively. Never saw one leaning like that. I'd say it's a bad tank unless the camera is distorting the coil. On the other hand it's not sittting square on the mvp either. So could be the mvp connector is bent as well. I'd say a replacement is in order.

As far as the leaking, I don't have a mod or tank that doesn't get the connection a tad wet after a while. From the ego to the svd and everything in between. So unless it's pouring out, that could be normal.

I'm going to see what the guys at the vape store say this after noon. The tank has been like this since day 1. They pry say I'm screwed but seeing that it's only a few weeks old they should do something to help me out

Well I went into the shop, the guy I bought it from took a better look at it and noted that that might be the problem. Couldn't exchange my tank or mod because he doesn't have the power too, but he said the manager will be in tomorrow so I can see what he can do for me. So maybe I'll end up with a entire new mvp/iclear30 combo idk. I'll post back tomorrow after I speak with the manager.

yepper, feel the same way about DIY coils after I built many different styles
I just build them the same for RDA, Kayfun, bcc (various Ω)
thicker wire seems to burden the MVP & VVv3, lazy heat up (IMO)

Thicker than what gauge???

aside from it sometimes leaking from the center pin hole and thin juices if i let it get below half full starts leaking (which I have that issue with all bcc) I've had no issues...and if you rebuild, you can rebuild the coils, it's just like a protank coil, which actually they fit on there I got the copper shield version, wish they had that design in the other colors...but ever since I got my ETs I've not gone back to any other toppers

Thanks for that. I think I'll hold off a bit on the Hypertank. I may have to give the Vision Eternity a whirl in the future. It looks versatile. That's the one you can purchase the pre-coiled wicks for?

yep...just need to make sure that the wires are thin enough and the wicks are long enough...
these are the ones that i use Pre-made wires and wicks (50 pack) they also have the 4 wick type

Wire diameter: 0.18mm (33 AWG)
Wick diameter: 2.0mm
Wick length: 50mm

the wire could be a bit thinner and the wick a bit thinner and shorter, but I wouldn't go much shorter...
I think my next order I'm gonna try the 2.2ohm

Nice haul sando! Thought maybe you hit the lottery for a minute there. I'm with herb, been on sick pay for six months so I really had to slow down.

Caught the neighbor lady outside yesterday so I marched over and asked if she was done with the MVP. Topped up the charge, put on a Kayfun and enjoyed all evening and this morning. Gotta love the battery life! She'd only had it about a month, told me a week ago she'd get it back to me the next day. Very glad to have it back and will NOT be loaning it out again!
