Congrats jamkat and welcome to our club. I've been analog free since 1/22 and the MVP makes it easy to say no to going back.

When I quit, I liked smoking. Loved tobacco. Didn't even want to quit. Was just blind sided by the flavor you can get out of a PV.

My ADV is some form of chocolate. Some in my svd, tesla and mvp. (different flavors of chocolate) My vtr has french toast.

I have about a dozen heads for the ego's filled with diff (mostly) fruit flavors. And I'm not that fond of any kind of fruit.

My vv3 has some 555 tobacco. My epipe mech has cherry pipe tobacco. Throughout the day... I take mebbe 2 or 3 hits on each baccy flavor. But always come back to non tobacco flavors. They just taste better and really do the job for me. Which is probably why I always look like a steam engine all my waking hours. :)

Now, I still like the smell of tobacco so I could never call them a "stinky". BUT, if I had to make a top 10 list of vaping flavors, baccy would have a hard time making the list. Of course YMMV since there are soooo many juices out there that just plain suck. But if you finally hit that one that hits the spot... baccy just drops another number down the list.

See a lot of happy EVOD users in these threads.

Is there an EVOD that is 2.5ml (or larger)...and GLASS...with NO surrounding metal sheath?

only one close that comes to mind is - Mini HyperTank II (glass, 2.0ml and kanger bcc)
- Mini HyperTank 2
and its bigger brother:
- HyperTank 2

- New HyperTank BCC 5ML Rugged Metal Encased Pyrex Glass - BLUE [gv-HyperTank5ML-BLUE] - $19.95 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

-the new EVOD glass is appx 1.6-2.0ml
-then the mini protanks and mini aero are 1.5ml
-check well, the design of that HyperII, very cool and open windows...

the T3D is what you need/asking, BUT, it is NOT glass (yet?) (bdc)
- Kanger T3'D

:)

- AnyVape Davide BDC Mini Glassomizer - NEW Version!

well I ‘sized’ my insulators up and they are identical
just don’t push them in to far & and same with center pin
biggest deal for me is they “Slip In” waaaay easier…

just the ‘slang’ all the cool kids call them flavor wicks
I consider them storage and isolators and no secret
I just only use yarn – twist it up and thread it into coil
then lay what I think will work over top so no shorts
(I've even let one side very long and just folded it back over and click chimney on)

lot of heavy thick wick for thin juices and a topper with good draw;
thick juice and/or tight draw, just enuff wick to protect

bonus material:
have one of those circuit board spacers in my MVP (2-3weeks)
what a big diff – all my toppers that required a little xtra love to connect
no longer require any at all – great idea - them those are...

To each their own but i will never understand why you would go with one of those since it's something that you could easily lose over a simple adapter or the easiest and most effective of all, " the o ring " imo of course.

Kangor wants their business back and is making head's that are not as rebuild friendly now , the being able to rebuild part is a big reason you can keep costs down .

I don't know if rebuilding single coils in the new Kangor tanks is really going to be better than sticking with the old.

@ .80¢, ya don’t know it’s even there, compared to a tall adapter
and it is kinda vacuum stuck in there (ain’t fell out yet) like Tony the Tiger said…

my center pin is a virgin, I've never had to touch it, it's still as from stock

maybe misunderstand

what I am after is applying the old / easy coils to the new style ‘cool’ tanks
maybe find a mini PT3, aero mini or EVOD glass in my mailbox someday
so buying a supply of new coils and converting them is my goal, if not
I’m not out anything so it’s worth the `ole college try… :D

If it's stuck then i understand but your dismay with o rings goes way deeper than that lol, some sort of mental block preventing you from doing it , hypnotism may be in order.

I even put an o ring in my adapter lol, works great now (even though i don't need the adapter) .

Think i should change my name to Mr. Oring

:) Agreed. Mountain oak vapors has a good smoky mountain 555. But... still can't beat no baccy flavors. At least for me. I think that's a big problem with a lot of new vapers. They keep looking for a good baccy and, IMO, are just shooting themselves in the foot. :)

Hey Midnight, the folk that don't like tobacco need try Ethervapes NETs! (Naturally extracted tobacco). Although I do vape mostly other flavors, I really enjoy a good NET.

pardon the typos, on my phone :)

I don't think ANYONE here doesn't like tobacco. On the contrary. We all smoked! :)

For me, I loved smoking and never wanted to quit. Point is, there is soooo veeerrrry much out there that just blows it away. Those who are stuck on finding that "perfect" tobacco substitute are really missing the point. And will likely have a really hard time quitting if that's what they want to do.
And I hear ya! It's really hard to get your head around it. To me, it's limiting myself. Maybe even to failure. For me, since I didn't want to quit, if I found a juice that tasted exactly like what I was smoking I can guarantee I would never have quit. After all, vaping is a PITA compared to just grabbing a smoke, lighting up and enjoying the taste.

It's a whole new world out there once you get past the "gotta have the tobacco" taste. You really don't. :)
