Anybody notice on the banner at the top of the page that Rhode Island is proposing an 80% tax on eCigs? 80% tax? Wow, they really want to keep people smoking don't they?
I emailed to everyone involved in the Phila legislation to include vaping along with all the cigarette restrictions and it initially came back as all mailboxes were full. So, if this happens to you just wait a few hours or the next day and you might get through then.

The charms just kinda fall back out of the way of the fire button when I pick it up to vape. They do hit my hand a bit but I sorta like that, makes it look like I've got jewelry on my fingers, lol.

Actually the eyes are a piece monofilament w/ the ends melted.
Nope it's hard to hold the buggers still to tye them on the hook - super glue is easier.
