Damn I was going to get 1 more ML but the sale is over. Have to wait for the Q. By the way just FYI People are having problems with the RX200 dropping them once on carpet and they are fried and the Cuboid is just working for a few days then showing short so stay away from those unless you feel lucky. The VTCmini seems to be a good dependable cheaper mod. Haven't heard much bad about them. The SX is like a rock except for dna boy Busardos. He broke his.

Can anyone shed some light on Flying with vape Gear? Homeland Security can be a real pain sometimes. That Vape Convention looks like fun but wouldn't want to drive that far and wondered about flying

I may give the IIPV5 a try when it finally comes out, thats if Vapocolypse doesn't hit first. They decided on a new chip in it not sure if it is the same with a different number it was going to be the YiHi 330-200 now it is the YiHi340 but at least it is a YiHi Joyetech is turning out their 25cent chips like they are going out of style.

I flew round-trip from Raleigh to Montreal by way of LaGuardia 6 months ago with a bunch of vape gear in my carry-on, and no problems at all. I'm flying to and from Vegas for a one-week vacation week after next and I don't expect any change from 6 months ago. Both trips on Delta.

Hey Mike was it Norovirus going around there. I know it's going around here. I've got something not sure what. Worst sore throat that I can remember, don't really feel good, no fever. My throat is the worst at night when I'm trying to sleep. Boy this appt for Hep C treatment was a real joke. This doc who I could barely understand wants me to take a bunch more tests. Then come back in a month. I guess the VA got some funding so going to try to get it done through there again. This was supposed to be just go in and get the Rx but Oh no. The VA is paying for it but by the time I get all these tests done and get the Rx could be another year. I gave him all the paper work from the VA but not enough for him. I am about to give up it's been 2 years since I started trying to get it.

Since you guys brought up politics...

I am largely a libertarian, and most of you would be too if you thought about it. Basically,as a libertarian, i believe that government shoud LEAVE ME THE 7734 ALONE.

That being said, i firmly believe this country has passed the point of no return, and no president will be able to save this country from itself. However, i think it would be lots of fun to have trump as prez, but then i voted for ross perot.

As for my vote, i like cruz, he's not quite insane, but he does know how to stand his ground.

I think it may be a good idea to clarify what the Odyssey trip in April is and is not .. it is not a Vape Meet, it is a Vacation and gathering of friends that have met here on the Back Porch ..This trip was the dream of one person from the very first week of the first porch thread, that those of us who have developed a bond of friendship here could actually meet in person.

If I wanted to go to a vape meet.....I wouldn't have to go through what I have to travel a long distance and a lot of expense that is a hardship for many of us. There are plenty of vape meets within a short distance of here. I have no desire to spend a week in a house with people I don't really know. I just want to make it clear what this trip is supposed to be about.

The Convention in Tampa. I am just getting to know the folks on here and was not invited; so I wouldn't just take it upon myself to crash their Party. Just to be clear. I'm an outgoing individual so I look forward to going to the Convention and meeting new people with like interest ; as I also do with Car Shows & model trains conventions. I'm a people person.

Well yeah. I went to the Albuquerque VA hospital and tested for hearing aids. Left ear - easy. Right ear was so much worse they required a visit with the ENT doc. Before he would see me, they required an MRI. Before the MRI, they decided I needed blood work. Each of these events had to be on a separate day. Now, keep in mind the hospital is 200 miles and about a four hour drive from home. Also, as I'm only a Vietnam ERA vet, each visit cost fifty dollars copay. Also, once everything was approved, they couldn't schedule an appointment for fitting/programming for another two months. I've got the feeling if I totaled driving costs into the equation, I could have stayed home and saved money. Of course, I would have missed out on the MRI.

I don't even want to talk about the dork that does minor hearing aid repairs.

On the other hand, I love my VA doc at the local clinic. Same for her nurse.

.. what's particularly amusing (or unsettling, depending on how you look at it) .. he's likely right .. I've never considered myself anything more than Independent .. what happens in the Vote Booth Stays in the Vote Booth .. although I admit to leaning left .. (most here I'm sure knew that) ..

Given the choices we will have come November, I will vote for whomever I think will be best for America .. even if I have to choke to do it, I'll still vote .. I believe those that don't vote have no right to opinionate after the fact ..

I spent 21 years serving our country and then followed my wife while she completed her 20 years of service. I voted absentee for 21 years and know that those ballots were not counted in many of the elections. Since my retirement, I have not missed an election. As my mother was great at saying, "if you don't vote, you give up your *****ing rights"!
