I love you dearly. Hoping you all have a very good weekend.

Likewise, Sweet Heart! Thanx ever so much fer handling da Odyssey 'books amid your personal project . Great to 'hear from ya...

lol. It's always fun to be 'sneaky' about vaping, isn't it? :)

Fun?!?! It keeps da authorities/LEOs where dey ought to be, away from me!

Speaking of... have a close 'Ramp Rat' buddy having a melanoma cyst-like mass removed next Wednesday; same bud I assisted on nic weaning fer his shoulder replacement a while back. Yepper, unfortunately he went back to cigs half way through his rehab. Fortunately his C is encapsulated within da mass.

Just trying to decide on what nic level will keep him from being his cigless-self (not a pretty picture); thinkin' 20mg fer da short term. If ya'll would, please send out your appropriate vibes re his future!

I did not tell her I was vaping as of yet.....have to get to know her a bit more. Bottom line, I do like her.....very proficient and probing!

Truth up and show her dat Mayo Clinic ecig findings!

It's always so much easier to give than to take advice, even your own.

Amen!

Then, I may even go ahead and mess around and get a little exercise while I'm at it. Bonus!

Whaaaat? brought your drone? That ain't one of those things you can just stick in your carry-on!
Well nobody told me I couldn't put it in my carry-on so that's what I done did.
So the Dish company and phone company can take a leap. Use as much as I want watch what I want when I want.
You're a rebel.

OK, ya know ya just raised our expectation levels to 'bells drone' DEFCON Level One! Hope ya can find sum open air out dere.
Looked it up and found out that National Parks are off limits. (My drone would not have allowed me to take off, due to such restricted areas being programmed in to its database.) But on Sunday I'll be droning somewhere.

One of the things that helps is to just get out. I was just thinking that I need a gym membership to take showers. Sure, I could exercise there too while I'm at it. That would be helpful also.

The problem is: When I'm depressed I don't want to do all the stuff I need to do to get ready to get out. And, if I get ready at home, I can so easily just not. Or, sit down for a minute and just stop.

So, if I had a place to go like a gym to take showers, I would be getting out before/without having to get ready first! Sounds, good? Then, I may even go ahead and mess around and get a little exercise while I'm at it. Bonus!
I know the feeling. I just love being home and not having to do anything. My sister told me she saw the movie, "The Yes Man", and it made her get up and do things. I still need to watch it I suppose....cause I go to work, come home, play with the dogs, go back to work, see my friend in the hospital, come home, go back to work, etc...etc...etc...

If he' smoking a PAD try 24mg. He might not want to vape as often or miss smoking at all. Prayers for your friend, Iffy! For the surgery, & the vaping solution.

Hey, on his shoulder replacement, I took him from 24 to zero in 12 days. Plus, he'll only spend one night in da med insurance vault! Besides, I don't want him to cough out a lung through a belt line incision!

Lower the pg for less TH to make up for the nic? It's weird, but I never had any coughing.

I started with 24, then 18, then 18 w/ WTA, now at 12 and no plans on changing.

I'm down to 20 plus WTA now. Started with WTA mixed at 50%, now at about 20%. My brain is very stubbornly giving it up. :) I have no plans on giving up nic, but would like to not need the WTA.

Took awhile to wean from the WTA ... just took it slow and easy. I really didn't care about the "WTA" ... it was just the additional cost I wanted to get away from. At the time no one was selling WTA as and 'additive' so buying vendor WTA liquid was expensive.
