I have had okra mashed flat and crisp fried in corn meal that was ok.
But most times they are half inch slices of snot that coat your mouth with what ever the hell vileness it is.

I don't eat peas either.

And don't let me catch even a whiff of black eyed peas...you'll find out what I had to eat for the last week.

I can't say if I like okra or not. Only had it a couple of times as a child, so can't remember the taste and don't know if my Mother fixed it right or not. Step-father was from Arkansas and wanted some.

I giggle every time I see that state written out...so many people in Atlantic City insisted it was pronounced..R-Kansas...

that's so sweet! Wish you didn't have to shovel it either though
Turns out I did not have to shovel it. Was just doing the last few shovels full and a neighbor came by on a tractor asking me if I needed any snow pushed around. LOL. Thanked him for the offer but I already had it done.
Still would have had to do the walks and cat trails though.

Grade school. Monday was spaghetti, Wednesday was Chili or veg soup, Friday was always fish. I can't remember the others. Seems like Thursday was hot dogs to use up the leftover chili.

Good thing I ain't going they're way! ;)

We'll be very careful and stop immediately if it turns to s..t.:w00t: Should be ok. Temps are rising all the way and it's going to be bright and sunny. That should help the melting. Storm is gone the next front is probably a week or so away. Besides with all of you praying for us what could go wrong. :).
With us praying you might be able to click your heels & be home! But you might not have your car & what's in it.
