I'm all excited with my Clouper win, so I'm going to try to follow through with these quotes first....

NO CAKE! Shame on him. Not a birthday without German Chocolate Cake!
(and having the wait staff sing! NOT!)

Na, I am not a big sweet eater, but to quote iffy - day-um those cookies were good!!! I ate my fair share and then some!!

Morning all. We take the houndette to have her stitches removed today. She'll hate the procedure of course but, love the results.

The procedure is not that bad, so glad she is healed and doing well. As I said before, she is better off and you don't have the "girly times" hassle anymore!!

Ok so I fell.asleep in my chair. I was smoking two packs of roll.your own cigarettes every day at the end of my journey. So I walk into this flea market, looking for a new Zippo actually. The Zippo guy was closed early, so I figured id just walk around. I was ....... I seen a vape sign.... Walked up, started talking, ended up trying a flavor, talked into an ego-t, haven't touched an analog since, that was Nov last year.... Learned a lot of stuff the first month, got into rebuilding and mechs (yes I learned all the safety hazards, ohms, resistance, Amps, before). Then I started in on box mods. So here I am almost a year later with 6 box mods, but my daily setup right now is main: Ipv3li with dark horse RDA, .2 dual coils at 80watts. Backup/driving: Sigelei150 with smok tfv4 tri coil at 75 watts. all max vg 6mg juice always. I'm a custard/dessert fiend.

Nice to hear your story! Sounds like you have the monkey off your back and are doing just fine. Again, Welcome!!

Looks like clnire just won a Cloupor mini!!

congratulations-animated-sun.gif

And, they just pulled my name too!!! I'm feelin' like a kid at Christmas, I never win anything!

Hey!!!! YES!!! Congratulations to you Kim!!!! I can't believe it! I actually stopped following the thread the other day because it was just too much, well, nonsensical stuff. A friend told me I won!!! Then I got the PMs to submit the form, etc. WOW!!!! Nice Birthday present! Guess now I can use some info on some TC toppers.... Not sure I am ready for TC yet, but any recommendations are appreciated!!

Congratualtions Kim!!!! We be doin' the Happy Dance tonight!:banana::rickroll::rickroll::banana::banana::lol:

Years ago I had a pretty engraved Zippo that I just loved, but I had to quit carrying it because I ruined a couple of purses with it.
I had an engraved one. One of the small ones. I also had my Dad's & Grandad's zippo's.

Question: anyone here ever heard of "Senorita Bread"?

Apparently, it's a staple of a Filipino bakery that i will be moving near shortly. All of the Yelp reviews give it 5 stars, and the word "addictive" appears very, very often.

Never heard of it so I looked it up. Sure looks yummy. Now I'm going to have to try making some. I'll let you know how it turns out. Sure would be easier to buy it at a Filipino bakery, but maybe not as fun.

Can't stand Ceaser's or Papa John's or Cici's. Domino's & Pizza Hut for me. But I love anchovies on my pizzas & the only place I can get that now is Village Seafood & Pizza. (i know, but they do both really well!) Once in awhile I'm allowed to get one with half anchovies. The Mom doesn't like them & swears she can taste them on her half & i'm sure the smell leaches into the other side. I think the answer is seperate pizzas! Whoop! Private pizza!

The taste definitely leeches onto the the other half. Got one by mistake once and couldn't eat it. Yep, separate pizzas is the way to go!

I tried celebrating for a month once. But only got one cake....not so good by the end of the month. And had to eat teeny tiny slices to try to make it last. So month long birthdays went away. My sister celebrates for a whole month, so we send her cards all month. It's been a family joke. We collect cards all year long & now have her 4 kids doing it, too. I guess she celebrates for a month, but the rest of the family has to work year round just to get ready for the month of March. She's tricky like that!

No, no silly. More than one cake is definitely needed to get through the month. Or actually, any dessert that you love is allowed. And I'm told there are no calories in birthday cake!

Best pizzas I have had were from little Mom and Pop type places, not any chain.

except for my mom, who wasn't a great cook.

we'd get spanked or swatted at if we ever brought up how great grandma's cooking was. she even made great pizza.

i got spanked a LOT...

Hey Y'all. I'm way behind, so I don't think I'm even going to try to catch up. I'll have hell typing this much out anyway.

I know I haven't been in here this work hitch very much. My mama always taught me that if you don't have anything nice to say, not to say anything at all. So, not having anything of interest, or anything good to say, I've been pretty quiet. My left hand has been giving me hell this hitch, and it's got me in a fairly grouchy mood. I've been pretty testy this hitch, and had to apologize to my boss for being such a beast. Being in pain 24/7 is NOT my idea of a good work hitch, and I have one extra day to do on Thursday. :-x

I'm just NOT the best company to be around right now.
