Not sure if I want to get into temp control, from what I have read, it takes "special" (more expensive) wire and a whole new thought process, and the calcification of my nerve endings precludes new thought processes.

In reference to the question as to whether the heart appointment was a pre-scheduled check up type appointment or something I made, I called for an appointment last week to try and figure out why I'm feeling the way I do. I have chest tightness (tighter than normal for me), lower back pain and I will sometimes (at least once daily) break out in a sweat just sitting in my recliner. Kind of scary and all can be symptoms of heart problems. Better to check it out and feel dumb than to not check it and find out if the scientists are correct about where you go. I'll try to keep you all informed and also not to worry about it.

Other than all that stuff, Good Morning Everybody! Slept great again last night. Don't want to jinx it but, that's three days in a row now!
I didn't even wake the last few nights when Doree came to bed. Not bad if I do say so myself.
Russ, welcome back. Going to need carpet for three bedrooms in the next week or so, wish you were close by so I could weedle a good deal outta ya!

And my glow-in-the-dark family has grown with the addition of this cute little ghostie.

Matt, so glad you are proactive with this.......have been thinking of you a lot, and sending good vibes to you for good reports.

Don't feel dumb, it's always better to look into it. Besides, at least your doc will be aware that something is different and might be able to head off anything more serious. Smart of you to get checked out. Maybe you could check out an alternative universe and come back when this is fixed.

Simply have to share some good news I received this morning.

My youngest daughter was re-certified as a National Certified Teacher.

Mama is quite proud and she is so happy!! :)

Sounds wonderful, but I'm not sure what a "National" certified teacher is. Isn't certification handled by each state? Still, sure gives us a lift anytime anything positive happens to our kids.

It adds oomph to credentials. Also helps with mobility.

Janet, 'certified teacher' is one who has to abide by each individual state and has to be tested for that particular state.
Nationally certified means that a teacher has been qualified to teach in every state.
