I agree with you about the medical profession. I've had a lot of uncaring, incompetent doctors in my life. I hope everything turns out ok. Like others have said, there are many other possibilities besides cancer. A lot of less scary possibilities.

It's 7 Leaves. It has a masculine smell, to me anyway. I like it occasionally. But, can't take it on a regular basis. Might want to offer her a variety so she doesn't get sick of just one flavor.

Just eat the dessert or appetizers. Then save the rest for later. Or, skip the dessert/appetizers, whichever appeals to you more. Something that really surprised me when I got divorced was how much I enjoyed eating what I wanted when I wanted. I actually lost a lot of weight because I got so much more pleasure from just those first few bites of WHAT I WANTED TO EAT!

I went up at 8:30 and turned on the boob tube to watch that last half of the "This Old House Hour" and the next thing I know it was 10:30 and the person on TV was prattling something about cooking. Flicked it off and the next thing I know it was 8:00 a.m. Now that's a good night's sleep.
Everyone says 2 years. But, I don't believe it. It'll just give other government agencies an excuse to tax it out of existence in the meantime.

Seriously, do not hesitate to 'v-arm' yourselves, as some states' residents have recently learned the hard way. Regardless of all the info/propaganda available nowadays, go with your gut! Panic (?)... no just just follow the money (always) and prepare! We as citizens have been blindsided many times in my lifetime. First time, shame on 'you'; second time, shame on me.
BTW, it took me at least three times to learn that lesson.
I've never regretted being 'prepared' once I recognized all is not as 'it' seems regardless of the 'daily crisis'. In fact, some of my preps have been better investments than any commercial financial vehicle.

Not really. I went to bed last night around 8:30, got up this morning at 8:00 so let's call it 12 hours and it's 7:50 now and I'm tired and planning on going to bed in a short while. If the catching up on sleep thing worked then, I shouldn't be tired.
Had a great day today up to a point. Got a ton done today. Worked on closing the pool then some catch up work on getting the motorhome ready to sell. Then around 4pm I smacked my left knee on the corner of the portable generator out in the workshop. I was hopping around on one foot cussing up a storm until the pain subsided somewhat. Knee is bothering more than usual now. Anyway, just went to the ufamism preparing to commission a naval officer and put him on sea duty, when I dropped trow I noticed a big old gash on the top of my knee. Just above the kneecap. Just lucky it wasn't a little lower or I'd be laid up bad as the kneecap covers all the bad parts of my knee.

Yay! See, everybody has their own timetable. She's lucky to have you there to help guide her. And maybe she should try even the flavors she didn't like before. Never know, might taste different to her now. I was shocked to find that I don't like any of the flavors I was sure I'd like.
I've learned the hard way that if you're not getting anywhere with your doc you have to push them about your options. Ask questions, even ask them what you should be asking. I'm sure you won't have any trouble speaking up!!
Hey everybody, I have a new signature! My Radius arrived today - 3 days after we ordered it!! It's the cabernet color, but in the daylight it almost looks more brown. Thought it would be more reddish, but I've loving it anyway. And it's not slippery. It's got a replaceable battery which is good especially with the FDA playing these nasty games. I justified it as my 4 year vaperversary present.
