Since my visits to The Porch are not as frequent as some (for various reasons) .. I have come to rely on the proverbial "Grapevine" for bits and pieces of intel .. and you, sir, may be on the verge of some sort of mod intervention .. ..

I do know that I believe it was runamok ?? (spelling .. ??) that posted some very nice cheesecake pics a while back and they disappeared quickly .. I don't know if he paid a penalty nor do I recall seeing him lately ..

Just to reiterate .. I have collected what is known as "Good Girl Art" for better than 40 years ..

I just came in from rearranging all the stuff in the mid-large shed as it was a glorious fall day and that kinda weather won't last much longer so i took advantage of it.Even put together two large plastic shelving units. Tho of course I took a lotta rest breaksAt least now I can find all my Christmas decorations.

So I'm rather proud of myself....

Finally catching up after a lousy day dealing with grumpy old ladies and gentlemen! A raw, drizzly day here seemed to bring them out. I needed the laughs, they totally made my day and turned my mood around. Thank you!

Thank you to all the vets too. Army brat, younger brother in the Army (he was in Panama for over a year, they brought him back to Boston in January and he didn't warm up until August!), older brother in AF and very close member of the extended family did 2 tours in Iraq. I appreciate all that you do.

Jup. Have heard that often, Brits saying it, and like Robert said, even some southerners. My family are from KY so probably heard it from them too
