I hope they don't give her bed away. Patient Co-Ordinator should be spanked.
Their patient coordinator or someone is gonna get spanked for placing a 60 year old ......ed woman in with her who cried for her mommy constantly. No sleep for 18 hours and when we brought it up they said we are moving her in an hour or so. I finally went ballistic on them and my wife got moved but not before she had an extreme panic attack.
Really extreme.
She is now composing a letter to our doctor of 15 years who is also now a state senator... UK is a state hospital and a teaching hospital...
We will never go back to UK Hospital again. The nurses were good but someone who was above them sucked.

She is now secured in Cardinal Hill Rehab center. It is nice and quiet and the people are nice.

Me I just had a Vallium and am vapin on my New Yorker with a T3 on top and chillin, Sorry for the earlier vent folks, but I was beyond the edge.

Wow, I would be afraid with my luck that the battery would die before I could get it back down... LOL
When things are working properly:

The drone knows how much power it needs to get back safely to the location from which it took off and will not travel further than that.

When things don't work properly, well, I've lost 2 drones in the past, one recovered but wrecked, the other vanished without a trace.

On a funny note. I was out vapin in the smoking zone with a couple of nurses and commented that one used to be able to tell the patients from the visitors based on who was wearing pajama bottoms. One actually blew her cigarette out of her mouth with a big guffaw and the they both were still chuckling when we rode the elevator back up.

oh wow, don't you dare apologize, you vent away! That's horrible! if surgery weren't bad enough, to have to go through all that is inexcusable! Glad she's in a better place now, hope things can begin to settle for you a bit!

Even those who didn't welcome you in writing welcome you, which I now put it writing. Above the first post on any page you'll see a clickable link to "watch thread", if you choose to find the location easily. Problem is, this option gives you a notification every time a new message is posted, and we're a prolific bunch of posters.

dunno bout cell phones, but if you're talking about email notification, you can turn them all off, and when you click watch threads, there is an option to click for no email notification. I have all mine turned off since I don't check my email that often

I think I edited the quotes correctly.... On both my phone and my laptop I have "watched threads" set to no notifications. I click on Watched Threads and get a list of watched threads with new posts only, no emails.

Robert, I wish you well. I sure hope this does not mean your job and benefits.

The terrorist attacks in Paris - I am horrified! I have a friend in Paris, I hope he is alright. I will send him an email.

I was very pleased with Geordi today. We won our class (with competition), but that was all. He is very puppy and this judge is not a puppy lover. Oh well, we had fun!!! Well, I didn't have all fun - the leash I was using caused blisters which the skin rubbed off on 2 of my fingers! OUCH!!!! He just wanted to play with his sisters and everyone! It was a leash I made out of deerskin lace we were trying - big NO!!! Won't be using that leash again! NOT with a tugging, rambunctious puppy!

Update on my journey from cig-a-like to real vape :) Also posted this same thing on my newcomers post.

I just got back from shopping at a vape store. Guy was pretty helpful. I got two 650 batteries, glass tank (smallish Kangertech), coils, and a charger. Also two juices. I think I broke it already though! Came home to refill, and I think I unscrewed it wrong (at bottom of tank vs the top) and the remaining juice came out all over everything! Tried to fit it back together but the tank doesn't sit on the coil holder part very well. I filled it up a bit anyway and now it gurgles. Some smoke but no flavor.

I am making no sense probably. I need to go to you tube and identify my parts before I start asking questions. Just venting for now. I am VERY frustrated right now. Sooo close to lighting an analog!! But...I still have the cig-a-like so I will be OK, I guess.....

sorry for the vent. Home now printed out the forms and filling them out now and the wife is in Cardinal Hill Rehab which is very nice and quiet. She has pretty much recovered from her anxiety attack. It was extreme and the hospital has not heard the last about it as much to prevent others from the suffering my wife went thru as anything.
It was a page from the water board torture team. sleep deprivation combined with continuous crying and yelling going on....

I went ballistic on them once I realized how bad the wife was. I told them go get one of them out of the room NOW! they had 30 minutes. It came and went so I went back and asked them to pull my wifes bed out into the hall. They said they could not do that, I said they had 5 minutes or I would as my wife was getting worse by the minute. They said I could not do that so I said to just call the cops then because they had 5 minutes. And we would be on the evening news since I was calling her cousin who is a local celeb for a local TV station. Someone was moving my wife in a bit under 5 minutes.

Supposed to be in rehab by 3 PM but not released from hospital yet and i have to transport. And it is 30 min drive.

That is all i am allowed to think about. Cannot even meet with ins co or get ramp built at home for her return. Need to go home to print fmla form to fill out and return within 2 more days, avg 4 hrs sleep for 2 weeks. Ohh well job sucked anyway but there goes health ins..

Robert,

Just take care of your bride and yourself for now! As the 'fog' lifts, you'll have ample opportunity to deal with the peripheral issues.

Please take care, my friend...

I finally figured out how to cut sections out of video

For now, due to the breaking news, I'll just say great job! More favorable comments later...

BTW, I'm very fond of beavers...

OMG the terrorist attacks in Paris tonight are horrific.

My thoughts and prayers are with the French people tonight.

Likewise!

Around here da JV squads 'play' on Thursday nights... who would of thought... <sarcasm to the utmost with no 'off' switch within reach!>

hang in there sweetie! When I used tanks it was mostly aspire not kanger, so not familiar with most kanger tanks. But many here are, and if you haven't post this on the back porch also. Soon as we know which kanger tank it is, someone will be able to help you get it up and runnin good as new I'm sure. Doesn't sound like irreversible damage unless sumpthin came off and got lost

Just a possibility: you may have cross-threaded the base when you screwed it back on. Try unscrewing it and then screwing it back on again, making sure that it's going on straight.

Sounds like you unscrewed the base from the tank and the coil is not screwed down in the base good. If you got the coil full of juice it will be gurgly for a bit or you can remove it and blow it out into a paper towell to help.
Sounds like you may have a Protank mini type of tank if it screws onto an ego battery.

Actually he is correct - if it is a Protank mini they sometimes loosen the coils when you are unscrewing the base if the coil is not in tight enough in the first place - now this does not mean to overtighten it, but it does need to be firmly in place...
