If ya checked your pockets there wouldn't be any money for us to find.

Good point. TBH, I've been doing all our laundry fer quite a while now and rarely check pockets. Normally, I find my beer tabs and my bride's bobby pins/ear rings. Her Kleenexes do create a mess...

JRs will quickly determine who is da more intelligent/dominate, him/her or da owner! Unfortunately, in my experiences/exposure to 'em is dat da JR normally gets da upper paw.
was pretty sure of this. we already have one terrier that has the upper paw with dil. He's much better behaved now than he was, but still has his moments that he lets ya know he's a terrier.

BTW, I ever so much want another phour legged phurry phamily phriend! But I'll wait 'til Phate says 'NOW"...
I know ya do darlin. Wish I could bring Phrankie wiphph me to Phlorida phor you to phondle (ok pet, but that didnt' start with a ph). lol

Another option is to check rescue groups. All purebred breeds have a rescue organization.
Excellent idea!! I agree with you and Iffy that whether we go with a pure breed or a rescue dog, we'll know........unless they decide to let gd do the pickin without much oversight. Hate to sound like I'm pickin on my dil, she's just not consistent with discipline, be it pets or kids.

I need to borrow someones large doghouse for the hubby to live in for a few days. :p
Thinkin the doghouse might be a bit too good for him! Was gonna ask why you were cleaning it instead of him.....but wow.....what a great solution you found online.....let us know how it works!!

Remember that PG is a good solvent for ink.
I had no idea of this either. Makes me wanna scribble on sumpthin and try it! lol

Would love to have some pie and ice cream now
I got the pie, you bring the ice cream and we'll pig out!

I finally got some great pics of Geordi. Here is at 7 1/2 months (8 months old now), Bijou Luisant Kontinuing Mission

There is always a Consumer Price Index. It is not tied to interest rates, but rather to the cost of various goods. Different entities use different formulas for computing the increase, if any, in payments related to the CPI.

Dear lulu,

Although I agree with you, in part, I truly think that most of 'em would really like to be totally independent! I really do care what they think; especially my three daughters and their families with their efforts to better themselves and those of the same ilk.

Just a shame that our parents, and us as well, have let the pols buy votes and establish generational gov't dependence. Shame on us also...

My statement still stands.

NOT! to brag, but I have the same problem as legs, I tend toward low sodium. It can be a very dangerous condition, so not bragging.
cool.

methinks most of us somewhat older vintage folks tend to the other extreme, tho i could very well be reading my small circle of friends into that

but...

... if i didn't have to worry about sodium, i prolly WOULD brag about it :)

It's funny. I often don't know what I need until I try it. I'm glad it helped.

I know. It drives me crazy, the waiting, the unknown. I guess all you can do is see the steps each as an end and try not to think ahead until that becomes the next step. I know, easier said than done.

11 days? Is that going to be it until after Christmas?

Let me think. (Yeah right) I'll be at my base from 12-3-2015 until 12-9-2015. Then I'll be at the end of the world in Venice, Louisiana from 12-10-2015 until 12-13-2015. My supervisor, who is supposed to be keeping track of this mess, asked me if I wanted to work over from 12-13-2015 until 12-16-2015. Are you serious??? I had to ask him if he had forgotten he already had me in Venice for 4 extra days. No way in HELLO am I working 21 days in a row!! I'm already dragging ....!. Then he asked me if I wanted any more overtime at the end of the month. Uh, NO! I have obligations to take care of at home. Wait until after the holidays. He might have to find somebody to cover for me. :D I'll be home for 3 days in the middle of the month and then get off Christmas Eve. until New Year's Eve. If my opposite decides at the last minute he wants Christmas off, tough knuckles!! This is the first Christmas Eve and Christmas Day I have off in 8 years. Bite me!!

I need to borrow someones large doghouse for the hubby to live in for a few days. :p

I am doing laundry today and he hands me a pair of pants and says "Can You stick those in with the darks?" SO I ask "did you check the pockets?" He says "Yes." so I toss them in the washer and then the dryer.

I now have a dryer complete coated in Blue ink from an exploded ink pen and am trying like hell to clean it WHILE cooking supper..

I check pockets no matter what anyone says. It's a habit. I've washed a lot of things that should not be washed.

I finally got some great pics of Geordi. Here is at 7 1/2 months (8 months old now), Bijou Luisant Kontinuing Mission

Yep, while I love her pies - there are only a couple of her frozen dinners I like - now Boston Market makes some good dinners...

That might be a regional brand, because I've never seen it. I'll keep an eye out, thought.

I'm so lost in my days right now that I forgot if I mentioned that I didn't have Thanksgiving until Saturday. My daughter made a Spinach Quiche and Corn and Crab bisque. I made cornbread dressing. It was worth the wait. I worked Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday. So did she. We cooked, talked, and ate, and then after, it was nap time. It was just her and I and the Breeze dog to clean up any messes on the floor.:p It was a nice quiet day. I missed my son and his family, but it is what it is.

Shopping for Christmas is DONE!! My daughter and I cheat like hell. She shopped for the two grandkids, and her god child, and put together a Cajun Care Package for my son and his wife. I put my name on the cards and did the shipping. Considering the shipping was almost $50, I probably got the better end of the deal.

I did more ripping and running today than I have for a minute, but it was worth it. All I have to do for the next two days is take care of this nuclear scan deal and sleep it all off. I have no clue what that is about except they're going to shoot me full of dye. I'll be glowing in the dark by tomorrow night. :D

I'm exhausted.

I am always low on everything except WBC that is always high oh and a few other things that are not a sign of good health. It's this stupid thing I did to myself by having this stomach surgery to not be fat. I wish I was fat now instead of being 140lbs. I actually felt better at 290. It's funny all the time I spent overweight I wished I wasn't and now it's not that big of a deal to be overweight. But then it was constant harassment. Oh well that's life that's what all the people say.

Let us know how it goes tomorrow, Roto. They're gonna light you up, girl! Do it, & come home, cuddle with Breezy & sleep it away!

everything except one small smudge on the door is removed. If that isn't coming off after all this it won't come off on clothes. So I can say the trick I tried worked.

Hubby can't clean the dryer. It is kinda hard for a guy in a wheelchair to get stuff out of the back of the dryer much less clean one. ;)

Beautiful!

Myrany, you gotta assign him to do something in apology for his negligence. Sort and fold the laundry.
I will have to think up something when I am not so dead tired. Waiting for the load that I was going to swap into the dryer when I discovered the mess to dry then this old cat is heading to bed.

Edit: I mean why settle for folded laundry when I might be able to get dinner out or a new vape toy out of it. ;)
