Just got out of the orthopedic, everything is fine, should heal normally, just will hurt for a while, like i need more hurt.

So sorry for the pain, but glad things are/will be OK without casts, surgery, pins, whatever. Hope you heal quickly!

Another thing that can make it worse is if there are farm animals on your side of the fence and you haven't watched where you were stepping just prior. Er.. I mean... so I've heard.

I can't tell you how many times at dog shows a dog drops a load, or drips it along, people stand by to warn, but others just walk along in a fog and squish. Actually sometimes pretty funny, especially the ones locked to their cell phones.

Nope, don't have to do anything yet. Can't anyway, front door has about 4 foot of snow. In an emergency I could walk to daughter's, but she has a big strapping, young husband. We'll just stay cozied up inside! Even have a fireplace if the power goes down. Thanks for the well wishes!

Brrrrrr! I hope you're all cozied up and comfortable and relaxing for the duration.

Wife and I enjoy them too. We lived in a cabin when we were younger, gravity flow water, kerosene lamps, wood heat, wild game... So even when there is a fakey scene we can pretty much fill in the blanks.

Oh Russ, it's good to hear all is fine even if it does hurt. At least they didn't have to realign bones and you're not casted up! That's a very good thing. Hope you can get some relief from the pain.

The snow finally stopped! Hubby shoveled a path from the garage door to the street, in case of an emergency. And the outside the back door. We still have power, too. We are very lucky, there are those in floods and tornados. I feel so bad for them, many prayers.
