Ahh that is kind of like the problems the rich have. I would like to try them for a whileIt's worse when you don't work. I call it forgetting to wind your calendar.

If I'm lucky, today is "MH"day...if my GD and a strong friend show up. I've pulled the tv and the desk away from the wall, measured till i'm cross-eyed, used the stud finder tool and marked the spots and so on. Before they get here I'll have to remove the brackets from the board to realign them for the studs, or at least the outer two. The inner two I'll probably measure for the wall placement and then insert a couple of mollies in the wall that coincide...whew...that's a lotta math and measuring and wall marking...oh..and they'll have to hold the piece up high while I use the level to make sure that the piece is straight and then make a pencil line and mark the wall for the wood screws.
But together we'll get er done

I have a low tolerance for video and audio being out of sync when watching TV. I recently got a Tivo receiver for my DirecTV, but find that the audio is more in sync if I connect it separately with RCA cables to my cheap low-quality surround-sound system rather than listening through the TV speakers via HDMI connection. HDMI is supposed to be the best-quality connection but in this case, the audio lag makes the RCA connection superior because of reduced lag.

Not this morning. I need to get some lunch made before I crap out for the day. Making my Cold Chicken Ranch Pasta thing. I love this dish! Makes a huge bowl that we'll eat on for a week. It's great for pot luck dinners or things with a lot of people coming. You can leave the chicken out & it's a great side dish. Tis yum!
