I have been maligned by @Iffy in a manner disproportional to any legitimate disagreement with my opinion. I have asked him to clarify because he's harshing the mellow of my holiday season. For the moment, he's no better than the wimpy coward who got down on all fours behind me on the 7th grade playground so that a confederate could push me in the chest and cause me to fall over backwards. (I have, incidentally, come to terms with that former classmate's cowardice and we occasionally communicate even to this day.)
The "well if you don't know I'm not going to tell you" game Iffy is playing is deserving of my scorn unless I'm wrong that he is better than that, in which case my scorn will turn to pity. If Iffy has not given an actual explanation, (no matter how poor) by morning, I hope you enjoy your LOA, because I'm not yet ready to simply dismiss his accusations as the unjustified childish rage that they might be. I think God has already forgiven me for questioning Iffy. Go ahead and humor me if you choose, and I remind you to be aware that the time of the most recent editing of any post here is visible to all (since Iffy has suggested that I may have edited whichever posts of mine he's assigning guilt).
Yes, it hurts when once again one of the Never-To-Be-Blamed Golden Boys of this Forum decides to launch a personal attack against me, and I receive zero support. Sometimes it makes me want to be one of the Chosen Ones, but most of the time it does not, and I'm glad about that.
Love all of you who are not the brunt of the accusations saying I shouldn't worry about it, and then justifying your opinions by saying I shouldn't be so opinionated. You do not live in my shoes and could not fill them without a foot size augmentation.
You too, Kenna. My, what a crooked judge, deciding, without evidence, that my outrage is phony. "Does not appear to express remorse", she says. (My own sarcastic and disappointed interpretation, not her actual words).
I'm naturally aware of the possibility that someone may decide to ban me rather than upset those who claim exemption from decency due to seniority or whatever.
