Deba, sorry, I dashed out before your post.

Need to know which flav manufacturer you're using and/or how many batches ya get out of 10 ml.

I put the cost of the flavorings on the FP, but no idea how long they last except I figger I use about 4% 2.10 for 10 mls of flavoring. But white highlights did some figgerin for me, just a hair over 3 cents a ml. I love that!! it was .03 next number of a bunch was 1

Ya'll can keep your Oatmeal and Cream of Wheat - I am gonna stick with Grits...

Now yur talkin......cept I do love me some cream of wheat.....especially with lumps Janet!! Oatmeal I like more than I used to, but have really been wanting to try some steel cut oats, think I might like them better. But my oatmeal must have butter, brown sugar and cinnamon!

I doubt anyone noticed it. Only one could have gotten the willies, but probably not even that one.

It's colder then a well diggers ... hole here. Hasn't even made it to 10 yet still 8 was colder then that last night.

So..I started off my day in my usual inimitable style.....

set the alarm for 8:00 am, got fixed up for a change to go to the Dr..... when it was almost time for the bus to arrive i fixed up a large insulated lidded coffee cup to take with me, put it in my purse when the bus arrived, making sure the lid was on tight and the flip-up thing was closed and it was against the edge of the purse with wallet etc. tight against it.

Arrived at the Dr.s....it was closed! Lazy pikers...NYE doesn't start till evening and besides, they close at 4:00 pm anyway.

So had to ride around in the bus for another hour till he had pickups and dropoffs in my area. At one pickup I moved to the back of the bus so I could vape and sip coffee. Flipped the lid, tipped the cup...nothing. Took off the lid...no coffee in the cup, about 9-10 ozs. was in the bottom of my purse...along with my wallet, Kleenex, sunglasses ,address book..that I'd just filled from the old one ( which I then threw away) and my cellphone.

When I was stationed at the Army Arctic Test station I saw it hit -74 on the thermometer not including wind chill. I was 18 at the time. I could still make it from the barracks to the bar for a cold beer.

It was so cold in Alaska we had had a Chinook before the temp dropped and my friends VW was froze solid to the ground.

it's also easy to whine ..

......especially when you have your very own wheelchair and oxygen tank for"show and tell". 'jest sayin' walk a mile in my shoes or the shoes of anybody else who also did not choose to be in that chair or be chained to that tank!

Nope. I got your back with the oatmeal question but, can't get behind the malt-o-meal. Never did like it. No they have bag cereal out under the malt-o-meal label and we buy a lot of them. Generics of the big name stuff like Honey Nut Cheerios and several others. Just as good if not better then the original.

I like those, too!
