Well my initial appointment at Cyberknife will tell all when I am in front of my computer. They did a lot for getting all set for the treatment. 90% chance its non small cell cancer well I am home. So today they fitted what I have to lay in for 30-60 min each time with my arms strapped alongside my body. Monday I go back and they see if the cameras can follow what they called a tumor while I am breathing. I think this is what Matt had removed also because the way he described his is what they said they would have to do to do it surgically. Takes 5 trips down there and they cand do it 5 days in a row if we want or every other day whatever we want to do since its about 30 miles each way. Now I have to see if the VA is going to ok it which they should because if they sent me to Seattle I would have to go to a private place there also. Hopefully they haven't run out of money again. Start my Cipro tomorrow.

In other news my new atomizers arrive today and already have coils made for them will post on the FP what I think of them for tootle puffing and maybe a reference here for all you TP here.

Oh they said if I didn't have it removed it would keep on growing and spred to lymphnodes, other places on my lung and even the brain.

{{{Patrick}}} I'm so glad you're getting on this right away and thank heavens for the cyber knife! 60 miles a day for 5 days sure seems worth the trouble if you can manage it. Keep us posted and I'll keep the prayers coming!

Yummm! I do that too sometimes to go with dinner or as a dessert. It's a great way to use up apples that are starting to go soft. Do you just use butter, sugar and cinnamon or do you have a different way?

Our dearest dear Patrick,

Hopefully this won't bruise your ego or deflate your enthusiasm. BUT you've been on borrowed time for a looong time, via whatever med programs available to you. IOW you're a walkin', talkin', flippin' and miraculous functionally rational human being!!! PLEASE keep any positive attitude and lose 'down side'!

Your bride must be waay beyond exceptional, even in light of her own life challenges <what a true strong/sweet/supporting bride she be>.

Count your blessings and rejoice in your contributions to our porches: we sure do!!!

Did you guys see about Matt Lauer, man that I wasn't expecting at all.

... and...?

Oh also she let me see my scans CT and PET and this is a tiny thing probably about 1.5cm now and the reason they don't want to do a biopsy is that the position of it they would have to put the needle all the way thru my lung and with each hole your chance of a lung collapse goes up by 30%. If my lung collapsed I would probably die given my other problems so they don't even want to attempt a biopsy. This robot arm moves around and compensates when you breath firing the radiation right to the right spot. They have a 92% rate for complete removal which is pretty darned good. No hair loss or nausea in most cases and they can give you something for that. They make it sound like a pretty good procedure being watched by 2 doctors. If you have to cough or move they can stop and let you do it and then restart right where they left off which is the reason for the special mattress they made today. Now if the cameras are able to follow it ok, if not they have to go in thru the mouth and place tiny gold pellets where the tumor is so the computer can follow it. That first one will be scary but I've heard from people that have had it done and it is painless and I can listen to my music on the iPhone thru my hearing aids whiel they are doing it. Its way better then the 2nd and 3rd option, Don't need cancer of the brain now if the thing in my esophagus is not cancer and my aortic valve holds together I might have a couple more years in me. I have a really good team. The pulmonoligist told me my breathing is excellent so if this works I'll be ok for a while anyway and get rid of the infection.

I only built 1 atty tonight just didn't feel like doing the other but it is working well, doing what I had hoped, less vapor tight enough draw so I don't accidentally take a direct lung which at the present time does not help me at all. May have to cut the nic back. Changed my VG and PG to about 50/50 possibly 40VG 60PG cut the flavor in half and vaping around 8mg nic.

My complete review is on the FP or what I think so far.

Thanks guys, I feel like crap tonight. This infection I have going is rare(of course what else with me) called Serratia Marcesces. Think I'll feel better if I can get rid of that.
Looked it up. No wonder you're on Cipro. Cipro is specifically designed for these types of infections.

It looks like they have things under control. If you weren't so frail already, I wouldn't even be worried.

I was so excited about your 4 years that I missed the cooking instructions. That sound so good that I might try that with Splenda (diabetic). It should still be as good, right?

I dont know if splenda will react the same way and turn into caramel, but give it a try.

Thanks Russell yes getting old sucks and smoking 1+ pack a day of cigarettes for 45 years didn't help. I sure didn't have it planned all those years on the RR that my retirement would be one doctor appt to another but it takes up the days.

Ha frail, I was in the Pulomonologist yesterday and the tech looked like a Mr. Universe contestant. I said you don't work out do you he said nah not right now he hurt his shoulder on the weights. Poor baby. I looked great in my Speedo style t shirt I had to wear for the CT's yesterday. NOT Oh well life goes on.

Well for you tootle puffers I like this atty. I have finally got it adjusted just right using TC at 450F 50w on a DNA75. I had to readjust my VG and PG a little, too much PG makes me cough but with that straightened out it is doing just what I hoped. Nice atty for $21. Got it from Eciggity will build the second. It's really easy to build.
