Two days ago I declared independence from smoking, because it had been 1776 days since I'd smoked.

My thought for the New Year:

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved grave but rather to skid in broadside thoroughly used up, totally worn out and loudly proclaiming "WOW, what a ride!"

My doc wants me to increase my protein intake. I tried several brands (chocolate), including GNC and Walmart brands and they all taste chaulky to me.

I need advice. Can anyone recommend something that isn't chaulky and comes in a good chocolate favor?

Edit: I should add that I need a protein powder supplement, preferably low calorie.

David good suggestion…haha…except for the calories. One of those bars is about 1/3 of my daily calorie allowance.

We keep these around, actually tastes pretty good. I think the calorie count is around 160 per drink. We get them by the 12 pack at our grocery store, Wegmans, which helps keep the price down compared to the 4 packs.

Hey Deb it’s been awhile. My online time in the vaping World is limited these days also. Vaping worked for me. I don’t Vape or smoke anymore.
How have you been? Nice to see many of the familiar screen names still.

Question remind me where I could list Rebuildable Supplies on here. I have lots of Cotton of different types, and oil Wire. Might as well give somebody a deal that still Vapes. I moved recently and realized that I was just moving this stuff around that I didn’t use anymore. Just figure it will go to good use in some one else’s possession these days.

The Many forum discusses that lead to different types of wicking material and wire for the Coils. @Debadoo

This is a good one they sell at Costco $50 for about 2 months worth if your taking 1 a day.

One scoop in 8oz of milk tastes like chocolate milk. Not chalky it also comes in vanilla the same brand is available at GNC a little more expensive but many more flavors.

Ginny takes those with no problem. I have to have a special one that absorbs quickly but you have normal plumbing and things work right so really no need for it. Costs me $200 a month.

Hi @subwaynm don't think I remember you but in my earlier days I got into these forums kinda slow when they first started. Glad to hear you got off of vaping. Wished I could only bad habit I have anymore. Style is always changing. How is your health without vaping?

Good to see you again also 2legs, we respond ed to each other’s post awhile back. Health has been okay but what made me quit Vaping also was when they took my Teeth. I decided that it was time to give it all up. And since health has been pretty good. I recently moved and packed up all of the Vaping things and figured I’d stop in say hi and see if folks still needed this stuff; since I don’t.

Don't ask. Got too many things wrong would take a book to list them all. You name it I've probably had or have it. Seems like one gets fixed and another pops up.

Well when I lost all of my Teeth; I didn’t know if it was a direct result of smoking, Vaping , or the combination of both. But I decided that it had cost me enough and the Vaping help me just quit. And haven’t looked back since. Matter of fact just recently thought of Vaping when I moved and run into all of the cases I had with all of the Vape Gear. I had put it away and that was that
