It's good that's over and it went better than you expected. Thanks for the warning, we're all poised to run and duck from random flying objects and will still love you in the morning.

You all are so supportive, thank you! I get to do it again in 2 weeks, then I'm free for 4 months!

And the answer is: French Macarons filled with choc/almond buttercream. They turned out delicious! Wish you were here to taste 'em.

( not to be confused w/ Yiddle's Macaroons. )

Janet did it again!! They look sinful and so delicious!

Not doing much of anything which sux because I have bunches of stuff that needs doing.
Rest!!! Just look around and accept things as they are for now. Take the hint the universe is giving you before it has to send a stronger message.

If only I can get something visual up in front of me before I forget! Then I'll have a constant reminder until I get it done!

I mentioned on another thread that I never 'quit' smoking, that I just decided to vape instead for the time being. I stopped smoking but didn't actually 'quit' because that would make me want to smoke even more. It's been almost 6 years, and I still haven't had that next cigarette.

That got me thinking about my diet and exercise. I'm trying to have the right attitude or find some mind tricks that will NOT give me that feeling of 'have to'. The 'have to' feeling does not work for me.

All the things I feel I 'have to' do! But, I don't do them!

I guess I need to focus on just doing one thing here and there and hope it adds up to success the way vaping did.

I'm such a basket case!
