I mentioned on another
thread that I never 'quit' smoking, that I just decided to
vape instead for the time being. I stopped smoking but didn't actually 'quit' because that would make me want to smoke even more. It's been almost 6 years, and I still haven't had that next cigarette.
That got me thinking about my diet and exercise. I'm trying to have the right attitude or find some mind tricks that will NOT give me that feeling of 'have to'. The 'have to' feeling does not work for me.
All the things I feel I 'have to' do! But, I don't do them!
I guess I need to focus on just doing one thing here and there and hope it adds up to success the way
vaping did.
I'm such a basket case!
